If you want to discuss anything related to Zodiac Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hello. I know it is confusing but in fact, the casinosupport many more languages. Those languages are visible after registration.
Hello,
I can see you've submitted the complaint but it's quite extensive and I do not fully understand for what reason your account has been closed, or what seemed to be the problem.
Can you write down the short summary, please?
I'd also like to know more about "the garbage reasons" just to see if they're really just an excuse that would allow to casino not to pay out the winnings.
Proof that the casino sends these promotions to me all the time making me make new accounts then using this as a reason to not pay me this is one from just today so how am I in the wrong for clicking on their emails and then made to make a new account and then it's my fault that I have one and they say I'm abusing promo's when they clearly send them to me I want my right ful winnings and a apologies from the casino
I think I see the problem now.
You have been accused of setting up multiple accounts and the reason why you registered more than one account is that you were constantly receiving promotions. Those were meant for new players only, so to get those bonuses, you registered several accounts.
Am I correct, please?
How many accounts do you currently have registered and how many bonuses for new players have you taken, I wonder?
I'm not exactly sure on that I know I probably every time I have a problem logging in to an account it would show me about six or seven different options of different accounts so they are well aware of how many accounts everyone has they should be better at sending emails and stuff because right now it's looking a lot like all they are doing is scamming people
I guess you see the options of different accounts there, because the different accounts are saved in your browser (the e-mail addresses or usernames at least). It has nothing to do with the casino even though I'm sure they know you have multiple accounts.
Hello,
would you be so kind and post some screenshots of the chatbot showing you several accounts, please?
Because the explanation Daniel suggested is very reasonable and simple.
OK, I tested the chat bot. It didn't offer any accounts. I just asked me to add an email address that I used for the registration and gave me an example of such an email address. The email address wasn't a real one, it was just something they made up in order to give me the example. As Radka mentioned, it would be great if you posted a screenshot of what you see in the chat bot. I talked to the chat bot for a while and then I got redirected to a live agent.
You also mentioned that you keep getting promotion emails so you registered whenever you received the promo email. That doesn't make any sense, because whenever you receive such an email, you can simply log in with the account you already have without creating new accounts over and over again.
Alright, that's interesting! Generally speaking, the e-mail address serves as a unique identifier in most of casinos, but in this case, it probably allows you to use it again, because then it assigns you the unique account details starting with HZCR...
So if the bot is able to identify not only all accounts registered in the casino under the same e-mail address, but all accounts across their casino group, then it's very strange they let you create new accounts using the same e-mail address. Especially when it's forbidden according to their TCs. On the other hand, this rule they have in their TCs isn't strange at all. It's the same in most of casinos and you can't deny you breached the rule.
