If you want to discuss anything related to Winward Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
request a withdrawal, days later when I want to log in, a sign appears saying that they are undergoing maintenance. create another when to verify and I can enter without problems. They blocked my account for requesting a withdrawal which was never credited to me.
solicite un retiro , dias despues cuando quiero logear sale un cartel diciendo que estan en mantenimiento. cree otra cuando para verificar y puedo entrar sin problemas. me bloquearon la cuenta por solicitar un retiro el cual nunca se me fue abonado.
I think they probably blocked your account because you created another one, which is usually against casino's terms and conditions.
I don't want to hunt you with bad intentions, but I feel it's good to mention that your complaint against this one was closed as "other - rejected".
Hence it does not support the term scam, even though I understand that it expresses your feelings more precisely.
Honestly, this is hardly evidence that a casino is a scam.
The scam means that the casino accepts deposits from players but does not bother to pay out the winnings. Although I agree that live chat seems like an essential feature for a casino - at least to me.
But as far as I understand, you are more concerned about contacting the owner, not customer support, right?
I'd also like to mention that when it comes to complaints, this casino does not look bad at all:
The casino is a part of the same group like rich casino and casino moons they are the same with the same support and security team and everything, rich casino has live chat and i have evidence of them lying about when they will respond to my emails and dodging questions about who is the owner. There is no information anywhere on the internet about who owns the casino and no way to get in contact with the casino they do not respond to emails, i have sent more then 10 emails to them. They locked my account with full deposit in it wich is a scam since they steal my deposit
Unfortunately the casino you mentioned here have no license so there's no official authority that could help you to get your deposit back. That's the issue with casinos that don't own any license. They don't need to be scams, but if they decide to block your account including your deposit just because you might had too many questions and you're just annoying for them, they can do it without any consequences.
You say they refuse to tell you who owns the casino. They have no obligation to tell you who owns the casinos and I'm getting back to what I described above: if you very too persistent and annoying from their point of you, they just blocked you.
If you care about casino owners and who runs the business, then you need to start playing in licensed casinos. If you choose those with the Swedish license, you can't go wrong.
They blocked my account one day after i made it and refuse to answer any emails about a refund. Live chat lies to me and say they will respond within 72 hours and it has been weeks since they said that and no response, they assured me they would respond. It is obviusly a scam and illigeal to just steal my deposit and lock my account one day after i made it, i didnt do anything that would be cause for it. It was after they blocked my account i became persistent since they literally stole from me.
I'm sorry to say that, but according to your complaint, things happened quite differently, if I may say.
The player's account got blocked for an unknown reason. Although the casino proved that the player created and used 2 accounts there, he still denies it and failed to provide us with the requested details. Therefore, the complaint was closed as rejected."
If you can present the requested details, feel free to ask the complaint team to reopen your complaint. We aim to help, but sadly without proper cooperation from your side, we just can't."
Same like rich casino group, all scammers part of the same company. Lying with no shame in live chat "support will answer you in 72 hours" months ago and now closed. Scammed more people then me and many did not listen though now its clear as day, there is no information anywhere online who owned the casinos and all emails are dead ends, even the affiliate group is sketchy and do not respond, they Owe many people alot of money and police should be brought in on them.
