Honestly best stay away from this casino. I won 17k there off a deposit bonus. They wanted to pay me out at $200 a week. Thanks to Casino Guru I managed to get that raised to 1k a week after a complaint. Took about 6 months to get my winnings. Not worth the hassle when there are so many better places to play out there.
Hey there!
To me, it also sounds like an issue we used to call "mixed funds". It's a situation when a player might feel like the bonus has ended, but from the casino's point of view, bonus terms still apply.
Usually, players have to withdraw the funds once the wagering has been completed, otherwise, those bonus limits are still active as the bonus itself.
Honestly, to me, it does not feel natural. Hence, it is crucial to cover such a situation strictly in terms, at least, so no one gets into trouble unknowingly.
Based on your complaint, though, I feel the real problem lies in the registration details, specifically in the country of residence, or should I say, lies in the lack of technical restrictions on the casino's side....
Let's hope the Complaint Team will get to the bottom and help you out. 🤞

Thanks for considering using both.
Honestly is not my first casino I was trying to play that day but since I'm Canadian but right not in Costa Rica a lotsl of casino didn't even let me in to they're website because of my location but winport let me in register me givel me bonus e.c also I played at different casinos and yeah soon Al's u wage ur Balans will show $100 , but this one nope .wlhen I was checking if I wage already or not my bonus Balan's was showing 0 and my real Balan's was like $24k.
I can understand the issue here and I would like to give you a little advice, if I may. As for your current situation, that, as you said, you are Canadian but currently in Costa Rica, it would be better to ask the customer support of a casino in which you would like to play, if it is ok and not against their rules. You should avoid any future issues this way. Also keep the emails, or even make some screenshots of the conversation, to have it as a proof, in case you will ever need it. I hope our complaint team will be able to help you out, please keep us updated.🤞🙏
I actually google it Wich online casino I can play from Costa Rica and a lot of casino didn't even let me even go on there website.but this one had no issues.and when I had some questions the help support team nothing told me about it.añnf when after I ask another agent about my winnings he block my account with a reason I'm o. Costa Rica
Hello.
Usually, when registering in casinos, you are expected to input your home address and nationality. So, if you're enjoying vacation, you still have to provide your Canadian address; otherwise, you won't pass the KYC procedure later on. Frankly, some casinos allow you to register only per email address, counting your current IP address as a nationality indicator. Well, this is a very unwise approach, if you ask me.
Still, Romi made a good point. Your current location is only one of the problems when it comes to country restrictions 🙁.
Always consult with support. 🙏
That's great. I'm really glad to hear that. Sadly, you registered from a restricted country. So now it's crucial to understand how exactly this casino enforces restrictions during registration. 🤔
I bet this would be the course of action regarding the complaint procedure.
