So I didn't deposit any money but I d8s try no deposit bonus, anyways got it up to 2000.00 and then I was told they took most back left me with around 200.99 which was u derstandable because u to wager so much and it was high, anyways I never got an email or anything or didn't see anywhere that I can't withdraw finds out I can only withrawl 100.00 of it and they wants me to send the. 40.00, now here is the problem I was speaking with agent online they told me since I never deposited any money I can only withdraw 100 and I got send them 40.0p first, then agent tried to say I had multiple accounts and I wouldn't get the money at all, now I'm locked out of my accoun, i send email to verify all my documents, pics to verify myself never heard anything back, and even If I could send the 40.00 i can't because I can't get into my account. Nothing but scammers. Avoid that place and don't send them anything.

I took at 310% deposit bonus on $30 with 35x playback to try my luck at Video Poker. I did not expect the payouts to drop so drastically when I increased my bets from $0.10 to $0.15 per hand to $0.20-$0.25 per hand. At first, I was averaging within 1% of 100% payout, but as I increased my bets to decrease the playback time, my returns dropped to 95% and then 85%. This was very suspicious to me, and I really was not that interested on their promotion where they replace your bankroll if you lose it all. Also, Video Poker only contributes 15% of your wagers toward the Bonus playback, which would have been acceptable if my "luck" hadn't changed so drastically.
I really didn't enjoy this experience, because it was encouraging at the beginning and not balanced at all after I was invested timewise (I don't look forward to experiencing statistical anomalies, even if the game could be proven fair), and wish someone had left a review like this when I was doing my research. Their response is in the terms and condition's they MAY lower the withdraw amount. They then lowered my withdraw even more and now only paying 20% of the withdraw requested .

I knew it was from Winport because my zero balance was now $1500. I contacted an agent via chat and was told management can split payments into smaller parts without notice. I was baffled because my payout request was not over the maximum allowed per week. Of course I asked why and this is what the agent said: We split the funds, as it is much safer to send small parts of it, every week, than send a big amount per our transaction. Also, some BTC providers or any other payment channels may apply some fees if the amount of the transaction is big. Since we care about our customers, we choose the best way for you. Our finance department is always choosing the most efficient, fastest, and safest ways for our customers, you. 1 star because I had no choice. This place is a big scam. I deposited 40.00 to get the bonus. They added the 100.00 bonus then immediately called me telling me if I use the bonus I have to spend 4,900 before I can cash out, and I have the screenshots to prove this via chat support. So I said no just refund me my 40.00 and cancel the account. They then proceeded to tell me that I had to basically play the 40.00. I couldn’t cash out. I contacted the gaming commission on these cheats. Please please please do NOT spend your money with these crooks!!!

I liked Winport because of their game selection. Their bonuses were good and if not for their payout process I would play there. I submitted all their forms for the Kyc process cbefore depositing any money. If they make the process long and complicated I don’t play there. On the site they were all approved. Deposited numerous times before winning enough to try to make a withdrawal. They said I couldn’t because I had not completed the kyc process I needed to verify the btc address I sent them was correct, even though it showed it was approved. Ok no problem, I did that. It took 3 days for them to approve it. Then I could request a withdrawal. Requested 750.00, they show a 2500 withdrawal limit. 7 days later they finally say they have sent 250. They informed me their terms say they can break it into smaller sums. I now have to make another request for a withdrawal which I did 5 days ago and still have not received anything else. I play a lot online and there are too many sites that pay you immediately or within 48 hours and make their terms and procedures upfront and easy to see. It isn’t worth it to play at a site like this.

Easy to deposit money. Verify email and card for deposit and you are off to playing. Bonuses for deposits are not that great. I tend to stay away from them because they have so many restrictions. Upon winning and trying to cash out you have to re-verify yourself, card of deposit, residency and anything else they choose to make the process longer. Typical they look for ways on how not to pay you or make the process for cashing out unbearable. This site has overly restrictive rules and requirements when trying to cash out. I would stay away from them.

Winport is an interesting casino, they offer Mostly Rival slots, with some Parimatch ones thrown in. The games are fair, and I enjoyed playing them for something a bit different. I think despite having 'High Roller' Bonuses, they are geared towards the micro/low stake gamblers, as they seem unable to honor even their very low $2000/week withdrawl limits, reducting withdrawls to a mere $400/week. If you are only looking to withdraw $400 or less, I am sure this is fine, but if you actually play with a reasonable stake, and win a decent amount, don't expect to get fully paid out in a reasonable time frame.
