If you want to discuss anything related to WinPort Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hi, since you still have your complaint open, there's still a chance you get paid. I noticed they said you bet over the limit. That actually sounds like a simple case. They either have a proof showing that you really breached the condition or they don't and they made it up.
Anybody know how I can get my deposit back or prove that I did go by the guidelines in order to withdraw from a bonus. Their excuse was I placed a 12.50 bet that I would never do even if I had tons of money on the game. It all of a sudden showed up in my history and is not correct but is their reason why I can't withdraw my winnings
Hello,
are you saying that the casino has altered your gaming history to void your winnings now? Well, would be quite hard to prove something like that, I'm afraid.
Any chance that you accidentally bought any kind of feature, such as free spins, lock reels, and so on?
In every case, I also think that it is a good idea to wait for the conclusion of your complaint.
This casino is a scam. They took my 3500 in winnings and knocked it down to 200 because I had 35 cents in my account from a previous no deposit bonus. ( Apparently your old bonus stays until your balance drops below .30 cents. I had .35)They did approve the BTC withdrawal for 200 and said it would be sent within 24 hours. 120 hours later and still have not received it and they will not respond to emails. So sorta scammed twice. If they won't pay a legitimate $200 cash out that they even approved what chance are you going to have if you actually win big?
I'm sorry to say that, but from what you just posted, it seems like the bonus was still active. Technically the casino is correct, don't you think?
I agree it's kind of a harsh situation, though! Good luck with the complaint.
I agree, it is pretty harsh and very sneaky. Every other casino I ever played at reset bonuses after your balance drops below a dollar not 30 cents. I think the main issue now though is the fact that they are not paying the $200 that they approved. They have simply stopped replying to any emails and I have been polite and courteous throughout. If a casino will not honor a small $200 withdrawal what are your chances if you actually win big? If you are a casino that takes deposits but won't pay legitimate winnings that you approve then you are scammers and criminals.
Despite the issue with the winning cap, I still think the casino should honor the approval of those $200. May I know whether you have successfully withdrawn from the casino before?
Anyway, if your account is verified, and your gaming history is checked I would expect a quick withdrawal. Let me know how it goes, if the casino fails to pay you out, you can always consider submitting a complaint 🙌.

Let me know what you think about that.
Thanks to the Publicity (and reduced rating) on Casino Guru, I'm now being paid out at 1000 a week. Total time from win to complete payout will be about 6 months, woeful, but much better than the 2 years it was looking like. Thanks for your assistance.
That sounds much better. Anyway, I still don't understand how any casino can lower your withdrawal limit to 200 eur per week. You didn't even win an extremely high amount. I mean, it's nice to win 17k AUD in a casino, but I can't imagine winning 100k or millions. You'd never manage to withdraw such a high amount. Definitely not with those limits.
Hi, did the casino give you a reason why it doesn't want to pay you out ? Did you meet all the conditions of the bonus ?
Can you please tell us more so we can try to help you ?
Thank you for your reply. First they told me that I needed more documents because they were unsure about the first for the kyc. I supplied a plethora and they couldn't say it wouldn't work. Next they said the bonus had a 40$ max out but there was a min out was 100$. I told them that I had my bonus total, which was all I had in my wallet over the 100$ min out. They then told me that I had to make a deposit first. They wouldn't let me withdraw unless it was a 60$ deposit, this wasn't ever in any of the text that I found anywhere, it had said a deposit was needed before a withdrawal but not how much. I was very Leary but eventually I deposited 65$ in litecoin, 5$ extra so they couldn't say that after the transfer that fees made it less than 60$. Deposited and played the 2X walkthrough off and then played it down until I had slightly over 100$. They then said I needed to provide documents for kyc check (again) at this point I'm figuring I lost the money because how absurd is this so far. I provide it. I wait about a month being told 3 more days every day I ask. I then get a denial because I was told that somewhere along the way I bet $7.50... I didn't, and they didn't provide any documentation that I did. So they took away the forty dollars bonus leaving me with 60, then as a free "bonus" they added 5$. I told them I didn't want it and to keep the fricken 40$ give me back my deposit. They said no because they could only cash out min 100$. Nothing they could do. Then nerfed my account so I couldn't win anything off the sixty inorder to get to the min cash out. And I know if I did they would say something about the 5$ bonus I didn't ask for. They are crooks. I still want my 60$ back.
So that's really the experience and I understand that you have a lot of that, I would focus on what you mentioned: "I wait about a month being told 3 more days every day I ask" and the sentence "I was told that somewhere along the way I bet $7.50... I didn't, and they didn't provide any documentation that I did. So they took away the forty dollars bonus leaving me with 60, then as a free "bonus" they added 5$." and offer you to file a complaint to see how things are looking. However, we also have a view on this situation, which is that the max bet rule is the industry standard. On the other hand, we think that this rule should be enforced at software level, which means that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place higher bets than the limit. Additionally, the max bet sizes should be clearly displayed, ideally in the casino lobby or directly in the games if it is possible. This is how we look at this situation, but each case should also be dealt with separately according to us. we have also made a well-made guide to which I will also add a link, if you are interested to learn more: https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets
