After making a nice win on Winnita, they asked me for my documents and despite having sent everything as requested and spoken to numerous operators, the bank statement never passes the verification process despite the data being clearly visible.
I hope someone can help me

I also sent the PDF by email but no one responds.

Al primo rifiuto l’operatore mi ha detto che non era visibile il numero della carta nell’estratto conto e quello va bene lo accetto, ma non avendo modo di far vedere tutti i miei dati più il numero della carta nella stessa pagina l’operatore mi ha detto che potevo mandare due foto ma sono state rifiutate anche quelle.

Se li contatti cambiano continuamente versione, prima cii sono i documenti da verificare ma sono già verificati. Per ultimo hanno detto che devo fornire la ricevuta del mio pagamento ma sono io che devo essere pagato e non loro.

Certo che sporgerò denuncia. Oltre alla truffa ora si configura anche il mobbing ricevendo quasi 100 mail al giorno da parte di wiinita per la verifica documenti. Anche dopo essermi cancellato dalle loro newsletter le mail continuano ad arrivare.
