I gave this online casino a go but have to say Im disappointed. Rubbish games and I set bet at 50p but it took €5 per spin instead! Last night I closed with €52, woke up to €5.08. I feel ripped off and wont be playing on the site again.

Isn't it diggers casino? If you went to sleep with 52 and woke up with 5.08, don't you have an option to check your gambling history in the casino? You should be able to see what happened during the night.

I thought what you said made sense so I went on the site to look. No. Nothing to look at any history at all! No answer from customer services either.

Hello, sorry to hear about your trouble. It would really help if you could confirm whether you are talking about Win Diggers casino, for a start.

Aright, in that case, you can keep asking the casino to send over the gambling history to you. If they fail to do so, you may submit a complaint on our website. As I said, it should be all there. Anyway, isn't it possible that you were logged in before you went to sleep and someone played on your device?

It actually happened when I worked in a casino. Mom played low bets on her mobile while her underage child played on a tablet and she lost a lot money due to that.

Its not possible for it to be someone else using my phone as I was on my own. I wont be using the site again as its dishonest.

I see. Anyway, I know the 50 you lost isn't that much, but I wouldn't leave it as it is. Your case can have a very simple solution. If you claim that you went to bed and then woke up in the morning with just 5 on your account, then every casino can see: which devices were logged in into your account, IP address, sessions length, all bets and games played etc. Then it should be clear if your device was used to play the games or if it was someone else from a different location.

Let me know what they say if they reply.

No reply. I wont be playing on the site again. The games are fake. All reels spin at exactly the same time and finish together, the graphics look like you get when you put an image through the photocopier a couple of times, degraded...fake. i got charged for demo mode at a fiver a time! I'd pressed it five times before I realised. Another game I set bet to 25p, it took a tenner per spin! Blatant rip-off. I wont be going on that site again.

I supposed you play the demo mode when you were logged in?

I had played other games but as that one was entirely new, I decided to try it first so I pressed to demo. It kept flashing up every couple of spins that I was playing in demo mode so Ive no idea why it charged me. I wont be going back to the site. Im done with it.

Actually, I believe this is something that could be tested quite easily. If you tell me which game you played, we can send a tester there to play "the demo" a bit.
