I gambled at Wildpharao, and now wanted to cash out my 2000 euros. I had to split it because you can't pay out more than 1K per day. So far so good. That was on September 26th, 2021 or September 27th, 2021. On October 1st, 2021 I turned to the live chat and as if by magic the first 1000 were on my account 5 seconds later. I was told that the rest would come the following week. Today is October 11th and neither the finance department nor other e-mail addresses that were given to me are returning.
Can someone help me?

Hi am new to the platform. I also played at Wildpharao online casino (dark design) and won (12/22/21) and immediately asked how long it would take with the payout. I got the answer 2-5 working days I was happy and closed the chat. I won 250 euros at that time after 7 days I reported in the chat the first time I was kicked out of the chat.
