Completely disappointed with this casino. They make fun of their customers. When they lose they let people invest money there but when they win they screw people over as much as they can and then certain people who are in the live chat don't even seem to be real when they answer, it seems like automatic messages and everything is agreed between them.

The best way is always to get in touch with the support by email and try to find out where the withdrawal stands, actually.
