Hi Radka, according to Thunderbol Casino there are some terms and conditions.
However, I was allowed to play through the Bonus, I was allowed to unlock it, and I was allowed to add certain winnings and withdrawals that were cancelled for me.
They won't let me reopen the case at guru casino.
I'm honestly confused by all of this.
At pokerstar, casino 777, I have never had this type of problem.

What I find strange is that they don't restrict me from playing or from the first bonus, but they do restrict me from winnings.
Regarding African rands as a value... There has always been currency exchange.

lo q me resulta raro q no me restringen del juego ni del bono de primeras pero si de las ganancias.

I always ensured that I was from Spain both when registering at the casino and when verifying with my national identification document in the photo for the Thunderbol casino.
The app's currency is African rand, so I assumed that when making withdrawals to my Spanish bank they would automatically exchange the currency.
I did not make a deposit, I got a promotional coupon that I unlocked and then added the winnings from the games.

If you say you didn't make any deposit, could you show what bonus you played with with some screenshots? It would be good to see what the requirements were because in most cases the maximum cashout applies.
