Hello Radka & community! So here's my opinion on your question of what, if any recourse players who engage with sweepstakes casinos have in the event of a dispute. I would suggest that in all likelihood it's going reflect what the other online casinos are doing or have done in the past. You're going to hear about a select few who care about their reputation enough that they quickly address any problems and resolve them fairly. There will still be reviews and posts from players insisting they've been cheated or wronged, and perhaps they were, but it's also a fact there's scammers and cheaters on the players side too, trying to get one over on a casino, or that did not take the time to read and understand the T&Cs properly. Then there's going to be a whole lot of casinos that will never operate in a fair honest way, and don't care who knows what scumbags they are, because they answer to no one, not Casino Guru, Gaming Commission, and will operate until there's no more money coming in. Sweepstakes casinos are no different than what's already out there. How many people are just out of luck when a " regular casino" won't pay and blocks the player? Sooooo many as you know. Doesn't matter who they complain to, they will never see one dollar of their winnings. People will just have to do their own due diligence and read reviews and proceed with caution with the social sites. That's about all they can do when it comes to online gambling. There are good and bad ones out there. I hope most people will be able to avoid the bad!

Hello and thank you for another post from you. We are glad to read and learn more about this topic, as it is still a bit confusing to understand how these sites work, actually.

hey there everyone. i’ve been playing all the casinos online from microgaming and RTG in the 2000 to The new Rtg and social casinos. And like she said, there are some reputable site and not so reputable sites. i’ve played at every single social casino and sweeptastic is the only one i careless for. It’s something about that that casino that irks me because of the way the games play where the wins are far apart and payout is really minimal. The other i notice is pulsz doesn’t really allow you to win much, very minimal. the ones that i have experience fair wins to great in no order are as follows. STAKE.US Fortunecoins, definitely HIGH5casino Mcluck Zulacasino sportzino, Chumba is ok, Funrize, Wow casino. all have withdraws in less than a day. fastest withdraw and never gives out bonus because their reputation their attentiveness overall 10 straight across is Stake.us. please note i lost a lot to all these casinos as well but the fun, the experience i give the above casinos are all very very fair. Rtg casino i feel use to be loose but kinda punishes the players that win even tho they dont realize when we win and withdraw. we most of the time redeposit back to that casino to get that high of winning again. Rtg makes the argument of 10 business days for review. another 10 business day to process and another 14 business day minimum to get in your crypto account. very unfortunate cus i do like their games. That’s my experiences and choices of sites. Believe me. i signed up and opened 95% of all online casino sites because i love gambling. Not a good thing i must admit. but it is what it is. have a great weekend everyone.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your point of view. Would you say, in your opinion and from your experience, that it is safe to play at the social casinos, I wonder?🤔 Have you ever come across some kind of issue, which you needed to solve, and the support was there for you?

Hello and welcome back 🙂

Sure, I agree with the global fairness of this coin.

I have to add that when it comes to regular casinos, you may follow certain steps to keep yourself a bit safer.

Sadly, because such social casinos initially arose to avoid official gambling bans and restrictions, in my opinion, both branches are incomparable. The players won't ever have the same chances there, consider no licenses at all, and also no dispute resolution centers, because these "social" systems are just a way to avoid illegal gambling. For me, when there is no official authority to cover possible issues, it's just an unnecessary risk.

I'm convinced I've found enough in this thread to shape my opinion on this unofficial betting pastime 🙂.

Thank you for your point of view.

Regarding social casinos, they are quite unknown in Latam.

I did not find promotions or advertisements about it on forums or review pages. However, upon researching them, I found three sites that seemed to offer a good signup deal and well-known providers.

I have signed up for Wow Vegas, High 5 and McLuck. The first two allow you to buy coins with real money and the three offer clean sites that are easy to load on your mobile.

As they are not regulated by any entity, and are focused purely on fun and leisure, I do not see it as a market that has too much impact.

Generally, people who play or bet on sports seek to win and in online casinos they have the support of regulatory entities, in addition to much more advertising than these types of sites.

Greetings Radka, I hope all is well with you and yours. I'm glad this thread including contributions from myself and others was helpful in your quest to understand the construct of social and sweepstakes casinos and their wide appeal to players. I appreciate your point of view on the potential risks of playing with these sites, due to the lack of any organized regulatory communities or licensing at this point. However, in all fairness, many regular online casinos operate without a license and have accumulated many years' worth of unresolved complaints from players who won money fair and square but were never paid. And ultimately none of the gaming commissions or helpful sites like Casino Guru could do anything for those players complaints because the casinos refused to engage in any resolution or mediation. I guess we'll have to wait and see how these different sites compare after more time goes by to get accurate data on which casinos are operating fairly, and how effective any official authorities are at getting those casinos to payout legitimate wins, versus players at sweepstakes casinos getting issues resolved without any association with official gaming regulatory intervention and solved in house by the casino themselves.

Social Gambling Latin America

Social gambling, also known as social gambling, has gained popularity in Latin America in recent years. It refers to gambling games played on social media or special platforms that do not involve wagering real money. This type of gambling allows users to gamble with virtual currencies or rewards.

There is a growing number of online platforms and mobile apps offering social gambling in Latin America. These platforms attract a wide range of players, including many young people.

However, there is no specific data on how popular social gambling is in Latin America compared to other regions. Popularity may vary depending on country and cultural preferences.

Favorite Provider :

The most popular social gambling providers in Latin America include:

1. Zynga: Zynga is a well-known social gaming provider and offers popular games such as Zynga Poker and FarmVille.

That's great to know. Still, the main question remains unresolved for me - Where would you say players should seek support when facing issues with a social casino?

Do you have any clues for us?

Thanks for your participation though.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has played on McLuck? It’s sort of like Gamdot, Stake.us, chumba like those social sweepstake casinos. I never ever won as big as I have here and I mean I was having to keep myself in check from degen gambling even though I still lost thousands. But here I’m finally getting something back and not just small but finally something I can feel happy with! I tried chumba but haven’t had a good experience yet (which can always change same goes for McLuck always keep in mind they can change) modo has worked out for me and heard things about pulsz casino too so might deposit some money there too! I’m just so finally happy I can see some winnings I can finally feel good with!

You guys don’t have to I’m just putting my referral link incase anyone is interested too since it helps both of us hahah

Hello,

I'm sorry, but referral or affiliate links are not pretty welcome here.

Anyway, could you perhaps address my main question regarding this sort of social casino? If you take some time to browse this thread and add your experiences, you may help others at some point. 🐱‍🏍

Sorry for putting my link didn’t mean to if it was against the rules since I’m still knew on what you can say and not say here I’ll make sure to keep that in mind thank you.

In regards to what could be done if a problem arises such as players not receiving their money should just follow the format similar to Stake (https://casino.guru/stake-casino-review) because they too have a site called stake.us which is their legal site to play in the USA. I seen that your representative have reached out to stake’s in regards to resolving cases in the past (and in some cases where players have gotten their money). If it’s possible before, then maybe Casino Guru’s representative can be able to reach out to these up and coming social casino so it will also attract more people to visiting Casino Guru’s site to get a review of the said social casino.

I really do not like them lately. Seems to me they someway set the bet limit really low under 1 dollar so you do not have a chance to win unless they are ready for you to win. Bet above a dollar and the slots die out completely. I went through 4 casinos recently.. Lost a bunch of money playing dead beat slots with absolutely no return to player. One I won at but after that, betting above $2 an error would constantly freeze my games where I had to cancel the game and re log in. Then the game would not remember the last play point. Social casinos IMO are controlled gaming casinos. They can make the games pay you and then take what you won away so you lose. When they are ready for you to win you will. That could be $1000's down the road. I already did that path. No more. I have been complaining about the error I was getting and they said they sent it to (IT) department but nothing was ever done about it. One day I bet 5 dollars then 4 dollars and so on .The error came up every time

As long as you only bet $1 your ok but do not try to stop the reels from spinning with the stop button. That made the error appear also. Sweeptastic.com is the casino. I won 3400 but deposted $2000. Error after error after more than before I won. I lost revenue when it locked up. I started complaining daily and nothing was done. I decided to opt out and close my account because I couldn't take it anymore. THEY LOCKED MY ACCOUNT TO YEAR 2051 LOL!

I played at Pulsz, lucky land, mcluck (double charges) Funzpoints, and recently, no limit coins, sweeptastic, modo.us lost alot there no wins dead beat slots, wow vegas. The worst one is chumba. No matter how I tried I couldn't get the right documents for them to open my account. They wanted to know my personal details and I would not let that go. Its none of their business. All these social casinos have one thing in common. Controlled gaming.

Usually when you bet larger on any slot you have a better chance of getting a winning combination or a jackpot, but at social casinos you bet larger you lose faster. I have experienced that they set there betting limits very low, so there is low to no return to player until you have deposited a certain amount. Then they will loosen the slots up for a posible win.Very unfair.

Good luck if you play there.

STACKR SOCIAL CASINO

I had a long detailed review of my experience at this debacle of an online casino, but I will keep this to the point. Stay away! Games constantly crash. States "American Operated" or "established in the US, however that only embarrasses the United States. It is what I call a tragedy.

Outside of zero Live Chat support- there is actual no support at all. Let me be clear… you click on support…. And you get nobody.

Games constantly crash. I

They only have one payment option which is crypto… that in itself is a huge disadvantage. If you over pay for example- 24.99 package and send 25.10 to ensure enough sends you do not get compensated for overpayment. Furthermore if you under pay by a penny you won’t get credit at all. The "rake back" is not rewarded properly. I can’t leave a proper review because the site doesn’t appear on casino guru so I came to this section to get the word out.

did I mention the games crash? lol yes I did and we all know how awful that is when it happens. And then you reach of for support and well there is not support!

sportszino or chumba for social casinos- you have been warned about stackr- once again- stay away

Hey there!

Something like this sounds really plausible "themoneyfactory"? 😀 If you are so eager to promote such a non-real casino, perhaps you can start by reading our terms of use: https://casino.guru/terms-and-conditions 👈

It's not just unethical, but also forbidden. Please do not ever do that again in this forum.

I would also recommend that you to think about how these "let's pretend to be casino" works. Can you, for instance, advise, what one can do when facing withdrawal issues? that would be truly appreciated. You know what? Read this thread to find out the background of this specific industry branch. 🚀

I am.noticing that most of these "social gaming sites" are reeling people in,showing fake wins ect.and the games are getting tighter, and also when they give you free sc to play they take it back, barely bonus rounds ect.I also notice some sites take days or weeks for redemption,I believe that's a trick for the consumer to put it back in their casino waiting so long for it to deposit in the bank, then they want to say "if you have a gambling problem call this number",I don't believe it's a gambling problem! These casinos, gaming sites or whatever they want to call theirselves are full of bs,they make games tight, give sc specials in packages to keep you playing and giving them money,if they weren't so tight and hard to play and they're making it a challenge, then we wouldn't have to put more and more in! Just my feeling and opinion.
