Hello,
there must be some reason behind it. Vulkan Vegas is a good casino, so I presume that there is some verification running now.
Have you already passed the KYC (know your customer) verification?
More importantly, what statement did you get from the casino, please?
Well, if you broke the rules, normally, your account may be blocked and associated winnings voided. I do not know the details so you should ask the casino to explain this situation to you if you're not sure what's wrong.
What rule have you violated, please?
I clink on a link in one of my games for Hyperspin. The Ad said $2500 for free no restrictions. I downloaded the link and won $11921.45. I went to withdraw it and I got a message that said deposit $50 and then you can withdraw. This is a crypto casino witch I don't realize. So I deposited the $50 then it said it need a $100 deposit, I did that. Then got a message saying I need to deposit $344 more to reach next level then you can withdraw. I contacted support after the first $50. They said after you deposit this you can withdraw. Nope. Support on November 3 also said they see where I came in on a no restriction bonus. That I should have been able to do it. November 3 I was also told by support that the CEO approved a one-time override that I am still waiting on.
I'm afraid you've stumbled upon a scam casino. They usually ask for multiple deposits and offer high bonuses + you win a lot in a relatively short time.
Could you please share the casino's URL with me so I can take a look and tell you right away if it's a scam?
Based on your description, I have a feeling it's 100% scam.
The URL is the address of the online casino, actually. It starts with "www," and then usually the name of the casino is written.
I already replied to you in another thread.
We can keep conversation in one please. 🙂
Thank you.
