Hello I just wanted to help with this and will be raising my own complaint but it seems they have moved to a new site with web address superb1.bet

i logged in there with my details and saw my withdrawal still says awaiting after 7 weeks.

anyways I hope this helps.

Hello. I think I have received my requested withdrawal of €100. I had surprise

€100 in my account and the money can only come from Superb had not requested any other withdrawal from any other casino. Based on the bank details, I can't say 100% that the money comes from Superb, but from who else. I've just logged in to superb1.bet and landed on my account and my withdrawal request is set to zero. So hope dies last and I hope that all of you who have filed a complaint with Casino Guru all get their money.

I think without the pressure from Casino Guru I would never have received my payout.

Hello no problem. I’ve been waiting 7 weeks for my withdrawal. They just keep saying it’s being checked and that they’re sorry for the delay. The chat used to be very bot like but they seem a lot more sympathetic at the moment without really offering much information.
