I won a lot of money at the Sportaza casino in October.
We asked for identification which was done after 1 month but it was done
After some withdrawals were made, the tricks started, which are what they are.... I applied for a withdrawal and after about 10 business days passed, they canceled my withdrawal... I contacted them and they gave me excuses like workload, they don't know why the withdrawal was canceled, it's your provider's fault, the system rejected it and I should do it again.... so far they haven't made any withdrawals and I'm starting to fear that I'll never get my money.

Αφού γίνανε κάποιες αναλήψεις ξεκινήσαν τα κόλπα τα οποία τι είναι.... έκανα αίτηση για ανάληψη και αφού περνούσαν περίπου 10 εργάσιμες μου ακυρωναν την ανάληψη... επικοινωνούσα μαζί τους και μου λέγανε δικαιολογίες όπως φόρτο εργασίας δεν ξέρουν γιατί ακυρώθηκε η ανάληψη φταίει ο πάροχος σας την απέρριψε το σύστημα και να την ξανά κάνω.... μέχρι τώρα δεν έχουν κάνει καμία ανάληψη και έχω αρχίσει να φοβάμαι ότι δεν θα πάρω ποτέ τα χρήματα μου
Hi, if you've been receiving money so far, I believe that things will work out for the best. I know there are doubts, and I would have them too. What would concern me is how many different reasons they gave you for canceling the withdrawal. That's definitely something I would want to know clearly.
So make a new withdrawal request and we'll see how it goes. I hope you get your money, and if not, we'll try to help.
You're not alone, it happened to me too..how can such a casino still exist..I saw the account, the beneficiary is LT and it's a company for chairs and other wooden products..that casino is Eden, a big fuck....did anyone get their money from Sportaza?

However, have you tried contacting the bank as well, since they say the problem could be on their end?
Technical problems can always occur. That's why I think it's best to check it out, so you can be sure that it's not a problem on the bank's side.
And if it is, then maybe I would try asking the casino if there is an alternative or some other payment method that can be used.

There is no blocking option on the page and it warns you to send an email to support. I've been trying for 2 months now to send them an email to close my account and I don't get any response..they are tragic, they do it on purpose...they delay withdrawals for 5 days for nothing.
