Hello, from what I’ve read, you’ve been trying to close your casino account for quite some time now, but you haven’t been able to, right? If the casino isn’t responding to you at all, that’s definitely not how they should be handling things. 

My question, though, is this: you mention in your next post that the casino doesn’t want to pay out and close the account, so do you have some money there that you’re trying to withdraw? Did you want to close the account so you wouldn’t lose it, or because you don’t want to play at the casino anymore?

Try to answer me and we’ll see what can be done.
