Hey, I would say that it is not the same at every casino and also situations can be different. Is this your first withdrawal in this casino? Which payment method did you choose?
Also, did casino ask you for some documents?

I made a $10 deposit which gave me a bonus of 50 spins with no wagering requirements, and I won about 10 more. After playing for a while, I requested a withdrawal of $55, but the request was declined, and my balance was converted to bonus funds, which I now have to wager 35x. If there were wagering requirements, the withdrawal request shouldn't have been processed because it would have indicated the balance as non-withdrawable from the start, but that wasn't the case. I even have screenshots to prove it.

Was anything like that mentioned in the terms of the initial free spins, please?
It should be written there, actually.
The 50 spins are without wagering requirements, meaning that whatever I win from the spins goes into my cash balance. I don't know where they got the idea that I have to wager those $55 x 35. Besides, what I won in the free spins was $14.
Please don't mix up wagering requirements with maximum cash out, though.
I believe that maximum cash out should be mentioned in the terms, because it is in most cases that casinos would apply it when they give free spins to their players.
And furthermore, since I requested my withdrawal, they haven't told me why they declined it, nor have they given me any information about the bonus, even though I asked for information. They never clarified the situation at all. I think that's wrong, just like that, without any prior notice or anything, after several messages to support. And believe me, I'm not confusing one thing with another. As far as I know, wagering refers to the number of times you have to bet the winnings from the free spins for those winnings to be transferred to your real money balance. And I didn't see the maximum withdrawal amount anywhere. They're not helpful. I have messages.
After so many messages to support, they finally replied. But it was because another problem arose. I accidentally self-excluded when asking for help to unlock my account. After several hours, they told me I had to wait the established time; they practically told me no. I think they could help me if they wanted to. Just like that. I self-excluded for 7 days, and it seems that the bonus they added to my account will expire during that time—a bonus I don't know where it came from, because they didn't explain anything about it either. My bonus is different. And I had also met the deposit wagering requirements, and by a wide margin.
It must be really frustrating when you don't receive clear information or an explanation from the support. Right communication is the key in many cases.
Our complaint team is already looking into your case, as I can see, so let's wait and see what can be done.
Have you contacted the casino by email as well or just through the live chat, though?
After several messages, they replied that I had committed an offense, that I had multiple accounts, and that they had confiscated my balance. That was all they said. I don't remember having two accounts. This is the first time I've deposited at this casino. I hadn't even used this account before.
And what about someone else in your household? Is there anyone else playing at this casino, for example?
Alright then.
We have to wait for the casino to reply so we can learn more now.
Hello,,
I also played at Spingreen. Luckily, I only deposited €10 so I could use the money I won and wagered with free spins. To withdraw, I would only need to deposit €10.
I could only withdraw the 217 euros once I reached 200 euros.
Two hours later I received an email stating that my winnings had been cancelled, but that my 10 euros had been refunded to my account as credit.
Apparently, I have a duplicate account with two IP addresses, and that's forbidden.
My request to reverse this and to be told which email it was has gone unanswered.
Absolute fraud
Are you aware of having multiple accounts at this casino, though?
Is anyone else from your household playing there?
