I made a $10 deposit which gave me a bonus of 50 spins with no wagering requirements, and I won about 10 more. After playing for a while, I requested a withdrawal of $55, but the request was declined, and my balance was converted to bonus funds, which I now have to wager 35x. If there were wagering requirements, the withdrawal request shouldn't have been processed because it would have indicated the balance as non-withdrawable from the start, but that wasn't the case. I even have screenshots to prove it.

Despues de un rato jugando solicite un retiro de 55$, pero esa solicitud fue declinada, y mi saldo lo convirtieron a saldo de bono y segun tengo que apostarlo x35. Se supone que si hubiera requisitos de apuesta, dicha solicitud no procediera por qie desde un principio dijera ssldo no retirable, y no fue asi. De echo tengo capturas que lo comprueban.

Y creame que no confundo una cosa con otra, segun yo, wagering son las veces que se debe apostar la ganancia de los giros gratis, para que esas ganancias pasen al saldo real. Despues de tantos mensajes a soporte, me contestaron. Pero fue xq se me presento otro problema. Por error me autoexclui al pedir ayuda para desbloquear mi cuenta , despues de varias horas me dijeron que hay que esperar el tiempo establecido, practicamente me dijeron que no. Creo que ellos podrian ayudarme si quisieran. Asi nomas. Me autoexclui 7 dias y parece que en ese tiempo expirara el bono que implantaron en mi cuenta, bono del que yo no se de donde salio, por que tampoco se aclaro nada de eso. Mi bono es otro. Y estaban cumplidos los requisitos de apuesta del deposito tambieny y por mucho.
