As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bets must not be higher than 3 USD/EUR/AUD or 12 PLN during bonus play. Because of this, the winnings had to be voided in accordance with the rules. A message with full details was sent to your email.
We understand this may be frustrating, but we apply our terms equally to ensure a fair environment for everyone.
This casino is a scam and seize my winnings. I won $200 from the bonus money. When I withdraw, they won't let me withdraw so I deposited another $21 and bet another $91. When I withdraw, I only got $41. They said the bonus was only $20 and the money I deposited without accepting the bonus and won $91 dobla was seized. That means I won $300 and was seized and cheated of $259. The casino is not fair and cheats me on bonus and deposit money. When I reported it, there was no explanation from the deposit service.
