Hello I am turning to this webiste for help with spinbetter casino. I have won over 500€ and deposited overall 200€. The casino doesnt want to pay me up in time since the withdrawal is accepted and approved on their part. It has been 5 days since approval of the withdrawal. Dobrý den, hrála jsem v kasinu Spinbetter a vyhrála částku přes 50 tisíc. Řeším to teprve druhý den, ale dostávám že Support i z oddělení Security pouze naučené mechanické odpovědi. Scan ID jsem jim poslala už 3x a stále nejsem ověřená. Co je ale horší: včera nebylo možné peníze vyzvednout z důvodu chybějící verifikace a dnes, když jsem se to poskusila přihlásit, tak můj zůstatek je snížený téměř na nulu. Support odpověděla, že na jejich straně problém není a na výpisu her nemám žádný záznam (logicky) protože jsem mezi těmito vstupy nebyla ani přihlášená. Napsala jsem stížnost na dvě adresy, z jedné hned odepsali, ať se obrátím na Support, že oni toto neřeší. Kam přesně mám tedy napsat, aby zjistili, co se s mou výhrou stalo? Děkuji, Hana
