But I don't even remember when I played at Spinado Casino, as I didn't have a good experience and didn't dare to play anymore.
Anyway, the other day I received this e-mail:
"Hello, Regina!
You haven't played at Spinado for a while. Unfortunately, we're going to have to start charging you an account maintenance fee.
If your profile remains inactive for 30 days, a $30 fee will be charged automatically each month. If your balance is zero, your account may be blocked. To unblock it, contact your personal manager or use the online chat on the website.
I would like to know if this is legally possible.

It is actually a fee we do not consider to be fair if applied in a short time scale.
On the other hand, a casino account is not a savings account; hence, if you plan to play elsewhere, it is always recommended to withdraw all funds. No decent casino will charge you for having an open account without a single penny in it. I imagine one may think this is a question of legality, so I think it's best to mention that if the casino has this fee stated in its terms and conditions, you must accept it because by creating an account you have agreed with the terms and so created sort of a legal agreement.

In short: Once agreed upon, it applies to the account even though it might not be a fair practise.

What I feel is very important to say now, however, is that this particular casino has earned a low Safety Index, that indicates you may experience unfair behaviour while playing there.
If I may offer some advise, take your money out and look for a safer gaming website. Would you think that would be a wise course of action, in your opinion?
