I think if you did not break rules in the casino they will eventually pay, but this is one of the casino where again you will wait for some time. They are not so fast with withdrawals. 🙁

They are not slow with withdrawals. Slow is processing it in 72h instead of 24h.

They are fast to take deposits, but check out these complaints - some players are waiting for MONTHS to get their withdrawal paid out, and some never got it. That is not slow, that is deliberate scamming and you know it, you just don’t have the balls or authority to admit it. End of story!

Sometimes some casinos really take an ABOVE-AVERAGE amount of time.

Many do this so that the players lose their winnings again ^^

I understand the frustration, in your case it's still a slow withdrawal. As for the other cases, I can't speak for all of them, I'm an admin not a solver. The fact that some people are waiting so long is sad and I don't excuse the casino at all, I'm just trying to mitigate maybe the impact it can have on the players a little bit. I can't do much from behind the computer and I don't contact the casino about these things.

Do they also give you a reason why they do it? How long have you been trying to close the account? If they don't answer you and don't do anything to close your account, I don't think I need to tell you what to do anymore.

I've been trying since yesterday. I initially wanted to put my account on a break while they ptocess my withdrawal. They refused to do that. I ended up playing the money and losing, and they started offering me bonuses to stay and refuse to close down the account. I expressed concern that I can not control my gambling impulse amd they just offered me bonuses to stay. Lasten, rhey said they'll close my account but I need to wait. It's been 5 hours since they told me this and they still have done nothing.

Hmm, I don't know how long it should take but it is good to give some time to the casino. Not every casino will do it as soon as you ask for it. If nothing happens, file a complaint and our team will try to help.

It is also good to know, and I have often seen casinos do this in Terms and Conditions, that if you have an active withdrawal, it is not possible to, for example, use a cooling off or break period. If you care about this at other casinos, try to look at it more often or ask around.

It was a shitty €100 @CasinoStreamer88😀 That was the sad part. I would normally never withdraw €100 either, but since those clowns at Snatch caused trouble with my deposit (even though I deposited normally with Mifinity and the money was with them immediately) and only credited the money to my player account after two weeks, I swore I would withdraw everything left over after the wager. It's a matter of principle for me, and I didn't want to give these bastards another cent.

After 2 and a half months they still invent ways to prologue this shit withdrawal, they dont even know what they want, 3rd mail from them in 70-80 days and my passport copy was not enough, 2-3 years playing there is not enough…. Nowadays you have to be really careful where you play because unfortunately there are many that don't offer the players a good experience but quite the opposite.

I would simply look for another casino and stay away from those that take months to withdraw €100.

The same thing happened to me. A selfie with my passport in front of their website. After three months of being kept waiting. And they're still listed here with a score of 8.9. That makes the reviews here untrustworthy for me. A score of 0.0 would be appropriate, summing up my experience since the change of ownership.
