An update about me. After 12 days, my Mifinity deposit was finally credited to my casino account. I had €100 left after the welcome bonus. It's only a small amount, but I won't give this scam casino another cent and wanted to test the payouts on principle. Like everyone else, it was canceled, and there will now be a 14-day provider request. It's just sad how these disgusting people are trying to rip us off! As if they check something for a €100 payout... I hope this gets sorted out for all of you and we continue to give each other updates. It's not a lot of money for me, but when I read that some people here are waiting for thousands of euros for withdrawals, I feel sorry for them. If anyone reading this isn't at the casino yet: NEVER deposit your money here. You can set your money on fire and get more out of it, because you'll probably never see it here again if you ever request a withdrawal!

Hmm, did the casino tell you that the withdrawal has to go through some kind of investigation or is that what you think? When did you make the withdrawal? I hope it won't take that long, but I can't say for sure.

Yesterday I won €1000 from €20 and had to write a complaint to casinoguru and askgamblers, this is the peak. The casino keeps saying that something is being processed and it's LIES LIES and lies. They want you to lose your money because you can cancel the withdrawal, but I won't do that, I don't know what they think of themselves.

Please don't play at this casino, it's a terrible hell to get through the withdrawal and I'm verified here. I don't understand, a billion dollar company and they don't know how to take care of anything, maybe that's why they're a billion dollar company because they rob innocent people, but everyone gets caught.

I wasn’t really planning to share my experience with this casino, but seeing so many of you having the same issue made me change my mind.

It’s been almost 14 days since I made a deposit and actually won €400. When I tried to withdraw the amount, the withdrawal was cancelled after about an hour without any email or notification explaining why. I only found out by chance when I revisited the site to check if they needed any KYC documents. To my surprise, not only could I not withdraw, but there was also no clear info on what was going on.

I contacted support, and they told me (like many of you have also mentioned) that my session is under investigation by the provider for fair play. I waited the 14 days they asked for (which actually ends tomorrow), but I haven’t received any update so far not even a reason why the session is being investigated.

I’ve messaged them several times and still keep getting the same copy-paste reply. Honestly, I don’t know what else to do. I also sent them an email and I’m still waiting for a reply, but I really doubt I’ll get one by tomorrow. If I do, I’ll update here.

I’ve been playing on this and other casinos for quite a while, but this is the first time something like this happens to me. I think it’s unacceptable, especially with zero communication.

At this point I honestly feel like they’re just stalling and hoping I’ll give up on the money. If anyone has any advice or ideas on what I can do, please let me know I’ve really run out of patience this time.

Just in case, though, have you checked the spam folder in your email?

Sometimes emails from online casinos drop there, you know.

I did actually. Always checking the spam folder for those emails. No email either way. Let’s hope that because it is really frustrating all this hustle to answer me in any way

It's pure fraud! How can you still have the casino on green? No one will probably ever get a payout there...you can see what's been happening here since this scammer casino group bought the casino. It's not like it used to be!

I am waiting for my withdrawal for 17 days now and i don’t know what I can do anymore.

And YBets Casino and Immerion Casino are rated High and even Very High here. Though I noticed that ratings given in casino.guru are far away to be fair, but if YBets Casino and Immerion Casino as bad as you read that means that all ratings here are 100% bullshit.

Became worse. Couldn't login to my account. Tried recover my password 3 times - useless. I had 910 Eu in my balance "under review".

The casino changed company and I think that’s the case with all the requests but I think they could inform us about it and have a better support.

I mean Safety Indexes given by casino.guru to the casinos you call "bad" are very high. "Genuine" doesn't mean reliable. I don't have experience with Ybets for example, but it's rated very high safety here. Are you sure it's as bad?

Snatch casino was under the same company as iwild. Until then everything was running smoothly so that’s why the safety indexes are high.

After the buy out everything went downhill I guess. I think it’s only a month that they changed administration so they don’t have many examples to lower the safety indexes.

The other casinos under that company is ok. This is the problem for now.

As I am saying that I am waiting for my money for over 3 weeks and I don’t get any update from them but I guess I can’t do anything. So we are in the same page.
