Thank you for your interesting insight. Did you raise your opinion on their forum? Despite the complaints, even its safety index here is pretty high. Additionally, all complaints submitted through the Casino Guru Resolution Center were resolved. Probably, not every unhappy player made it to the complaint.

My opinion of this casino has become extremely negative, considering how many player complaints there are. I see that the casino is extremely consistent in its business policy. They don't give big payouts, like the ones of only $30?! 🙁 it's character. But that's why the casino pays $5 for a review on Askgamblers (which by the way became a real affiliate partner) or 100 spins for nomination. So on that site you can read a lot of comments and praises, how it is the best casino ever. I personally don't need Smokace at all. Why would I put my hard earned money into something extremely unsafe. But I will do my best to write a brutally honest review wherever I can. So whoever reads it will have a true picture of this "casino". I mean really, what is it? No, who knows what their slot configuration is, and RTP, and even if you get something, you need 3 lawyers and 3 months to wait?!
I see that the negative feeling persists but since you had experience there I am not surprised. Feel free to write a user review, because yours are quite descriptive and in most cases quite informative.
Also, I hope you won't get to a similar casino and your experience will only get better. 😉
