Basically, the casinos are allowed 14 full days to resolve the matter without direct intervention. still, players are welcome to submit the complaint in advance, especially when the account has been blocked without explanation.
I would recommend that, because once you submit the case, the casino will get noticed, it might help them think twice about such an approach.
Just in case, are you familiar with anything that maybe considered a rules violation? I would like to ask the casino representative instead of you but as you can see, there has been no representative responding to players on the forum.

Yet when it comes to the complaint, please send an email to complaint@casino.guru—add a Captcha error into the subject, or mention this problem in the body. We asked our colleagues from the Complaint Team to submit the complaint on the player's behalf.
