I believe what Radka was referring to was the link to submit a complaint.
Hello, both of my withdrawals, like those at bitkingz.com and slotmafia.com, are set to "accepted." What does that mean? Has the money already been transferred to my bank account? Because at other casinos, when the status was "accepted," my money was already in my account?
thanks
lg danke
Well, the withdrawal has been accepted, and the money should be sent.
Unfortunately, we are unable to answer this question for sure, though, and you should ask the casino support about it.
Hi I have had so much trouble trying to withdraw my 1300$ from slots mafia because they just won't verify me. The more paperwork I send to them the more they ask for. They want a bank statement of your deposit but guess what they don't allow screenshots of it? I've sent them all my verification documents but they just keep not verifying so I can't cash out. I just can't understand with all the complaints I've seen about this casino why does casino guru give the an 8 rating. They are just crooks and you will never be paid out!!!
Well, it is nothing unusual that a casino would request documents to be in a certain format, you know.
Did they tell you what kind of format they accept, though?
Usually it is a PDF one.
I’m trying to make a small withdrawal of $160 and for address verification I’ve sent the casino my bank statement from 2 different banks, credit card statements from 2 different credit card companies and an insurance document. Documents are pdf format and statement dates are under 60 days, my name is and address are visible on all documents. They already have my drivers license approved. There are no errors on my setup on my Slotmafia account with my address and they continue to give me the same candid response. These same documents have worked with various other casinos. Does this company ever payout?
Reason: Please, upload into your account ("Verification" tab) a photo of the whole document where we can see your address into your account. It must be not older than 90 days and reflect: -your name; -address, stated in the profile; -issuance date of the document; Examples: utility bill (e.g., electricity, water, gas), bank or credit card statement, tax invoice or government-issued residential statement/certificate. We will appreciate, if the document will be uploaded in PDF-format. We would like to also remind you that the document may not be edited/cropped/screenshotted
So, you have done everything right, but they still don't approve those documents. Right?
What is the reason, though? Have they explained it to you, please?

Hello, I have been playing on SlotMafia.com for quite some time,
in the past few weeks I noticed that when I login it get redirected now to Slotmafia1.com not the original Slotmafia.com, I became suspicious as every deposit I do of say $50 the credit 1000 coins which is exchangeable to $30 I mean every deposit, so Im thinking this maybe a scam and it is copying the real slotmafia site, I ask there Support chat and was told that slotmafia1 is nothing to do with the slotmafia casino, then when I said Im on the slotmafia1 page talking to her in there chat feature she sais oh yes that is us maybe cause you in Australia is why its slotmafia1
It is so-called a mirror for the site of the casino because you are viewing it from Australia indeed.
But it is always good to be careful, of course.
Let us know how your experience there will continue for sure; we really appreciate all the information from our users.
Hello,
What you’re seeing with slotmafia1.com is a mirror page of the original casino, I'd say. Many casinos use separate mirror domains for players in certain countries, and in heavily regulated regions like Australia, it’s very common.
The purpose is not to scam you but to make sure the website remains accessible where the main domain might be blocked or restricted. That’s why, when you connect from Australia, you’re redirected to slotmafia1.com.
It’s the same operator, the same accounts, and normally the same terms (worth checking out though), just under a different address for technical and legal reasons. The confusion you got from support is unfortunately quite common, as first-line agents don’t always explain the "mirror site" setup very clearly.
However, if your deposits and balances appear unusual, it is advisable to check with them again or to review the rules available on the website; the domain switch itself is standard practice.
Let me know more about the weird coin exchanges, please.
Thank Radka, appreciate that advise and yes I think you are right mate,
so everytime I deposit for the past week I recieve 1000 coins that can be converted into $ value so I are pretty much being given back a little less than what I deposit, the thing is I can only play certain games and tbh find it hard to have a good win worth taking away, I greatly appreciate what slot mafia is doing but thing is it connected to why I can’t seem to have a decent win, especially lately and I can assure I have pumped some $$$$$ thru my account
Hi!
Thanks for clarifying that part. From what you describe, it sounds like the "coins" you receive with every deposit are part of the casino’s bonus/loyalty system. Typically, it works something like this (just the usuals):
1) Every time you deposit, you’re credited with a fixed amount of coins (in your case, 1000).
2) These coins can then be converted into a playable balance, but usually under certain conditions, such as only being valid on specific games. works like a bonus funds, mainly.
3) The converted balance is normally considered bonus funds, which means it can be used for play but not directly withdrawn. Winnings might become withdrawable only once you meet the casino’s wagering rules.
So in practice, it’s not really giving you part of your deposit back, I'd say. It’s giving you extra play credit in the form of coins, with some restrictions attached. That’s why you can’t use them freely across all games.
If you want, you can double-check the exact terms for the coin system in the casino’s rules or promotions section, just to be sure, of course. 🙂
The worst casino ever they are withholding over 10K of my balance and refusing to pay me. The documents they ask for are nearly impossible, screen shots of transactions. Then PDF transactions of your entire month. But then they dont have the exact hour and time just the date. Then I make a special document from my bank then they tell me thats not a statement. They are honestly the worst online casino ever. Scam scam scam scam
May I ask how long you have been trying to verify your account for, please?
