I have read the complaint and Tomas's reply. He explained to you that casinos don't always have to give players bonuses and often times it happens that for administrative reasons players are not entitled. Of course, I think that the casino shouldn't even send a bonus to such players and inform them that they won't be allowed to take bonuses from the casino. This would probably avoid a lot of misunderstandings.
