I have a 100% verified account but am having problems receiving any winnings from Skycrown. Even though my documents for verification were accepted and casino account verified, after 15 days they are using every excuse possible to cancel my withdrawal requests for $7,000. Again after confirming my withdrawal was being actioned & that my casino account is in final stages of transferring money into my bank they again have stalled by advising that my verification documents were now unacceptable. Suddenly they are unable to process my withdrawal and I have to re-upload my documents for the 10th time to start the whole process again. I was ensured by Customer Support via email earlier today that nothing more was needed from me to ensure smooth processing of my winnings then I got another email hours later stating none of my documents were acceptable and unclear and to re-upload again. I've never had a single issue with verification or withdrawing winnings, even upto $23k, from any other casinos until now. I might try resubmitting a withdrawal for a lesser amount and see how that goes?


I am now very concerned that I will never receive a cent of my entitled winnings from Skycrown.

Have they explained, at least, why your documents should not be unacceptable, though?

It really sounds weird to me, so I hope that our complaint team will be able to find out more regarding your case.

Sorry, but I didn't understand if you have withdrawn from this casino before or if this is your first attempt. 🤔

This is the first time I've won anything on Skycrown and tried to withdraw $7,000. They've come back stating that my photos of licence weren't clear and my licence photo looked edited, missing info, didn't include my elbow, and now they're accusing me of altering my uploads. My account is verified and have been advised by customer service that I was able to withdraw but as soon as I try they suddenly need more documentation to be re-uploaded cos now suddenly were no longer acceptable. The last emails I received they wanted new photos of my licence, photo of bank card and yet another selfie. As of yesterday I discovered my account is suspended and am unable to resubmit any new documents. I emailed Customer Support for the reason why I was suspended and am yet to hear anything back regarding whats going on.

fileThank you so much for your reply. Today I received an email from customer support advising me that I'm suspended because they can't verify my account, even though I am currently verified. Apparently this is due to editing my photos but I'm not sure which photos they are talking about cos both my licence and new selfie I uploaded a couple days ago has now been accepted. They are asking for my ID yet again which has already been verified and I do not own a passport. I've offered my birth certificate if needed but they haven't asked for it. This is going around in circles.

What about an ID card, or the driving license in your case?

They keep sending me emails accusing me of editing my photos of my licence which have not been edited. I have resent a further 3 different photos of my licence even though it has already been accepted and verified . I don't have any other photo id and I dont own a password. I'm going around in circles doing everything they ask over again but end back at square one.

Update: skycrown have now cancelled my account and my withdrawal accusing me of editing documents. Absolutely nothing was edited on any document. 1 selfie was cropped to remove my living room behind me so to accuse me of editing documents is a total lie. I am absolutely disgusted at the way Skycrown has handled my withdrawal. After 15 years of playing online casinos I've never had a single issue with any of my verification documents or withdrawing any amount of winnings until now and never been accused of fraud. This is disgusting.

We will soon contact the casino regarding your complaint, and hopefully they will communicate with us, of course.

Perhaps it would be good if you sent those exact documents you sent to the casino also to your complaint resolver so we can be sure that they are okay. Only then will we actually be able to know why they would think that you have edited them, you know. 🤔

They asked me to provide a paysafe receipt from ages ago before they pay me, which had nothing to do with any deposit to the withdrawal l was making. I had kept it and produced a live photo of it in my hand with a dated newspaper next to it and they still denied it. Casinos think they are God when it comes to paying out, but l think they are trustees of our money. We trust them to distribute our honest earnt winnings but they do their best to keep it by finding any means not to pay.

The point is, that when Casinos have their weekly meetings to get their target commissions and are coming up short a day or two prior to meet their goal, they come up with methods to deflect payments. Very common in Casinos. All Casinos.

I'm sorry to hear that you had to go to such lengths to receive your winnings. They also asked me to do similar but to take a selfie holding my licence with a written note on lined paper saying 'Hi Skycrown' and the date underneath. The selfie had to clearly show my Skycrown account open and readable in the background and the note and licence had to be held in one hand showing my whole hand down to my elbow. I uploaded 8 different selfies and they rejected every single one. I just received another email from them asking me to re-upload all my documents again even though they were all accepted and verified originally, which I'm unable to do cos they closed my account and withdrew my winnings. It's disgusting how much power they have over finances of regular people. I'm happy to read that you finally received what you were owed.

Yes, that occurred several times with Skycrown. They were good for six months or so, then the withdrawals suddenly dragged out a day or two longer than usual. Then the identity process to drag it out a bit longer. Then delayed emails to say the photo was accepted. A process so simple where all documents (unless expired) are still pending and nowhere near an expiry date for question.

Then came the "temporary issue where no visa transfers can be made, open a cashless bank account."

We should not be treated with such indignant excuses. A casino is there to make money. We are there to win! It is a given on this world that the house always wins. It us give and take, nit just take!

Not sure about how casinos work internally, but I am glad that you got your money at the end.

Surely it would be better if every casino could pay promptly. I understand your point, but unfortunately, sometimes there are issues. Only if we could change that, right?

Greetings, did the casino tell you why you don't have your money yet? It's quite a long wait, I would say. Are they not verifying your winnings somehow, since you managed to win so much? 

It's good that you have filed a complaint against this casino and are now at the stage where the casino will be contacted. I believe that the whole situation will be resolved successfully.
