I have a 100% verified account but am having problems receiving any winnings from Skycrown. Even though my documents for verification were accepted and casino account verified, after 15 days they are using every excuse possible to cancel my withdrawal requests for $7,000. Again after confirming my withdrawal was being actioned & that my casino account is in final stages of transferring money into my bank they again have stalled by advising that my verification documents were now unacceptable. Suddenly they are unable to process my withdrawal and I have to re-upload my documents for the 10th time to start the whole process again. I was ensured by Customer Support via email earlier today that nothing more was needed from me to ensure smooth processing of my winnings then I got another email hours later stating none of my documents were acceptable and unclear and to re-upload again. I've never had a single issue with verification or withdrawing winnings, even upto $23k, from any other casinos until now. I might try resubmitting a withdrawal for a lesser amount and see how that goes?
I am now very concerned that I will never receive a cent of my entitled winnings from Skycrown.



Thank you so much for your reply. Today I received an email from customer support advising me that I'm suspended because they can't verify my account, even though I am currently verified. Apparently this is due to editing my photos but I'm not sure which photos they are talking about cos both my licence and new selfie I uploaded a couple days ago has now been accepted. They are asking for my ID yet again which has already been verified and I do not own a passport. I've offered my birth certificate if needed but they haven't asked for it. This is going around in circles.
