Hi, to clarify your comment. I only put a small amount in as that is all l want to lose unless l am flush. I never rely on a win, l expect to lose.

However, l made my deposit of $30 and started playing as normal. I won't take any bonus offers as the wagering can be around 30x, and l like having the choice of what slots l want to play, whereas the bonus option usually let's you play for example, Pragmatic games. There isn't anything in the terms and conditions where a standard deposit must be wagered, l just played a few different slots and honestly just one a few rounds of free spins. About the fourth slot l played l got two retrievers and got a 30 cent bet up to $740 total balance and decided to withdraw $600 and play out the rest at a slightly higher bet.

My balance was 100% withdrawable as usual.

They simply decided they would be difficult once again and l had had enough of their nilkshit excuses.

They refused an amount of $300 and when l enquired the reason, they wanted me to produce an old paysafe receipt in hand from months prior, and when l did, they then asked me to show the same ID l had verified my account with three weeks prior. So l sent in hand my passport, drivers license, birth certificate, clear as day, then this went on for week before they got sick of me. I had previously reported them for dragging out replies and hoping l would go away, they complied. I had a fairly long break away, but my VIP manager convinced me to give one last shot, they hadn't changed, they just refused every withdrawl, and even with my legal background could do no more as they are mo longer affiliated with the gaming licensing standards, so l will not go on a site that doesn't renew their license as it gives clear intent on not honoring the morals rules of a casino and there isn't a single thing an outsider can do as they are no longer governed by standards.


I will find another site one day that is reputable, but in no hurry to fight a losing battle

13 months still I wait for my $6000 returned. 13 months yep hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of emails sent. Told multiple times that I would have my money returned and that I would have my money returned as soon as possible, just to be patient! Any ideas? filefile

I'm unable to find my initial complaint unfortunately due to the account being banned. I still haven't received any communication as to why I was banned in the first place since I was only a new member and didn't breach any of your site's terms. I do however have all emails between Skycrown customer support and myself including emails confirming verification of my documents. I'm happy to forward you anything you require

I requested proof of what fraud they thought I committed and which document they thought was fraudulent but this was never provided. So I have no idea which of my documents they were referring to. I had to provide multiple selfies holding my licence and handwritten note with casino account behind me along with many different photos of my licence but there was always an issue with everything I uploaded. In the end they suspended my account, deleted all winnings and accused me of sending fraudulent documents even after initially accepting them and verifying my account.

Hello, a brief summary may help.

Casino Guru can't help because the original request dated back to May 2025 could not be accepted. The complaint request has been rejected 9 times in total since then, as I can see in the system. So at this point, there's not much to add. Here on the forum, no specifics can be provided; the Complaint Team sent you an email regarding at least a few of your requests, I reckon.

Perhaps, because it was outside the time permitted you guys like at the for people. Or the timeline elapsed, something. But I'm still at them because I am right! They still email me telling me that they are returning the money you can see with the attachments I attached. Can't you help me given this information?

I do not understand you well, but as said, the situation is closed. There is no way to get back to something older than 6 months, even if your requests were in line with the complaints guidelines.

We understand that it must be a nerve-wracking experience for you, but as we explained many times before, now it is too late for us to intervene, as your withdrawal goes way back. We have to adhere to our guidelines, you know.

Please take it as a lesson, and if next time you encounter any issues at any online casino, know that you need to come to us earlier so we can try to help.

It is not easy, for sure, but you need to understand our stance in such a situation.
