What happened to other people's withdrawals? I've been getting the payouts since then and there haven't been any problems either

I really don’t know why they just keep telling me it’s a first come first in with the withdrawls so I just have to wait I have heaps of small transactions like they told me and the longest one is since the 13/11/25 it’s bullcrap even the other day it said one of them were approved but it went back to my casino acc not my bank I don’t understand it

I was just looking at it. It's a standard response from the casino, but it's not okay with me that it's taking a month.

What I've seen is that the casino was already contacted by our team, and I'd like them to get involved as soon as possible, clarify the whole situation, and pay you the money.

I don't know how long we'll have to wait for that, but I hope it won't be too long.

I’m level 8 on the vip program with sky crown and my vip manager won’t acknowledge my messages on any platform it’s ridiculous and then the casino has the hide not to pay me out either after jumping through all there hoops and reverting my kyc and all I’m still waiting and it’s been a month as I stated before I’ve had a withdrawal sitting there since the 13/11/25 for 7500
