In this case, we have to wait and see if our complaint team will be able to investigate the whole situation now. We actually have a limit of 6-month-old cases because later, we are unable to get the information from the casino.
Hopefully, we'll be able to do something.
Please reply to some additional questions in your complaint whenever possible.
So, what exactly should we investigate, please? I'm not sure I get your point.
Shuffle's reviews on CasinoGuru—maybe those who leave positive reviews receive bonuses, I don't know—on Trustpilot they have a "Fake Reviews" label.
Ooh, now I understand.
We try to keep all the user reviews as unbiased as possible, always. It is a difficult task, of course.
If you see the user feedback, though, it's actually mixed, so I believe there are no fake reviews. Hopefully.
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal on Shuffle Casino.
I requested a withdrawal on April 27th, 2026, in the amount of R$679.04. Since then, the status has remained "under review" with no clear timeframe provided.
My account is fully verified (KYC completed), and I have not been asked to submit any additional documents. I have also not violated any terms or used multiple accounts.
I contacted support, and they only replied with a generic message saying that my case is under manual review by the compliance team, without giving any deadline or explanation.
It has now been several days without any progress or updates, which is unreasonable for a simple withdrawal request.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Hello, I understand one would count on easy withdrawal, especially for an already verified account. The best assistance is to be patient and let the casino proceed with the pre-withdrawal check. Sadly, this is not something the casino can skip and even though the delay is inconvenient, just as you said, it has been a few days.
So, your request is understandable, but it falls on the casino to "resolving this issue and ensuring my withdrawal is processed as soon as possible" at least at this stage.
Hmm, why did you go through the verification process so many times? I'd actually be curious to know, so is everything okay and are you verified now?
If so, what did the casino tell you about the fact that you still don't have your money?
We give casinos 14 days, and if they can't resolve this for you, we can try to help.
At first, I verified my ID; two days later, I verified my address; another two days later, I completed the live check; and two days after that, I provided proof of the source of funds. It seems they are intentionally stalling to steal the money. Since then, they have blocked live chat access and completely stopped responding to email inquiries.
What’s most infuriating is that once there’s nothing left to request, they block live chat and tell you to send an email—yet they never reply, no matter how many times you email them.
They make you suspicious of them.
They are truly unscrupulous.
I understand how you feel. It's possible that the casino is simply buying time in the hope that a player might eventually cancel the withdrawal and lose the money, but that doesn't necessarily mean this is what's happening.
If you've already submitted all the requested documents, they've all been verified, and the casino hasn't asked for anything else, then at this point I would simply wait.
As I mentioned before, we give casinos up to 14 days to process a player's withdrawal. If nothing happens within that timeframe, we'll do our best to assist you through the complaint process.
So definitely don't cancel your withdrawal and don't give up. I hope you'll receive your money, even if it takes longer than expected.
In my case, I haven't heard anything at all for four days since submitting the final documents. As of today, it has been 10 days since I requested the withdrawal. Based on your experience so far, how long has anyone waited to receive a withdrawal at Shuffle Casino? I am very curious.
