I'll probably file a complaint. It cannot be that the casino itself advertises 24-48 hours and then sometimes needs several weeks for a payout. And then in combination with the max. €500 that you can pay out at the same time. For €2500 that I want to pay out, I have to wait until April at this rate.

I've been waiting 7 days for the 2nd payout to be processed 😂 that's just ridiculous! Must then probably wait until mid-March for the complete money!

Yesterday I got the payment confirmation - until the money is in the account it takes a total of 12 days ....

That means max 1500 per month what you can cash out 🙈

shame about this casino but at least they pay out...

Yes, 1500 a month is hard, with others you have this amount in your account very easily after a few hours

Apparently the casino has a different tactic now, according to the history, the payout was processed by the casino but nothing arrives in my bank account.

I think they just set it to "processed" but still didn't transfer it.

Normally this is always credited to my bank the following day.

Oddly enough, I also won at the "winz" casino on Sunday, which was processed on Monday morning and was in the account on Monday afternoon.

As the speaker before me said, the casino is soooo sure part of Wild Pharaoh, when I made a deposit via Ezeewallet, after I was redirected, I got a white screen that said in the top left corner: Bad Gateway Wild Pharaoh. I raised this in live chat and my account was immediately blocked.
