I won an amount of $550 on rollxo about a week ago and requested a withdrawal. I went through the whole verification process and successfully verified my account. My withdrawals keep getting rejected everytime I've tried several times now and they just keep saying to re submit the withdrawal I think something really weird is going on here. It also takes them a total of six days to process it when I ask for another withdrawal I'm so frustrated. The support from the customer service isn't that great either they are like robots just repeat the same thing over and over and tell me to be patient and wait and that they can't give me a timeframe on when I will get the withdrawal I also have sent several emails to support and get no reply I am really not happy with the service at all and it's taken all the fun and excitement out of the whole experience for me I just want my money that I won but I know I won't receive it.

Has anyone had issues with withdrawing money when everything has been approved and you’ve received two withdrawals before?


They seem to be stalling releasing my funds? They didn’t change the status of my withdrawal request from pending to in progress until literally the 72nd hour since my request was sent. I asked how long this process takes from here and they’re saying 7 days? My other two withdrawals at $300 and $550 took less than 6 hours altogether from the time I requested the withdrawal? This one is $1000?
