This is a full screen of coins or balls on the bGaming slot on ROLLXO. It equates and pays on a number of balls or coins gained and once all slots are filled . Jackpot is rewarded . This added up to be $4500 NZD . I will show that in the next photo # 2
photo # 3
This was displayed only seconds after the jackpot win of $4500 NZD was shown and rightfully won , the amount of $1224 NZD was shown and credited only some 10 -15 seconds after displaying the 4500$ NZD win for filling all the columns on the SPINs feature
I was just before playing FORTUNA Trueways , and gained the COIN respin feature. I landed 27 cells or 27 coins. It filled the screen . Which equates to the jackpot.
As per the payable and info of the game, 27 cells equals 250x total bet which was $18NZD . The jackpot at the conclusion of the feature stated I had won $4500 NZD . It only paid $1224NZD
There is no reason or anything that states I wasnt entitled to the $4500 NZD , and so there is a shortfall of $3276 NOT paid . Only $1224 was paid. Please remedy and sort this it's not acceptable. I have lost enough from bonus money retraction from you guys .please sort this asap .see attached .
Photo 1 is the 4500$ nzd jackpot won from 27 cells or 27 balls which is 250 x TB @ $18NZD per spin = $4500
Photo 2 is the evidence of the bet amount of 18$ nzd per spin and that the entire screen was filled and jackpot received .
Photo 3 is the message and amount paid following the jackpot message $1224. 00.
It makes no sense @ 350x TB
Please pay the difference as I read it there is no justification and as the game info and payable I should have received the full 4500$ not a shortfall of $3276.

Hello. I started playing at Rollxo a while ago. Verification was quick and I've been able to withdraw money a few times, and the withdrawals were always quick. On April 8th, I deposited a lot of money via Skrill again and lost. On April 9th, depositing via Skrill was no longer possible, so I switched to credit card. After a few deposits, this was no longer possible either, so I had to use Google Pay. The payment went through a third-party provider, and I had to authorize the payment in my banking app. It was 2 x €50. Both deposits appear as approved on Rollxo, and the money was debited from my account using a strange abbreviation. I won €1,140 and wanted to withdraw, but suddenly the withdrawal is no longer possible. The casino wants confirmation from my Google Pay account. I don't have this, however, because the provider debited my account straight away. I then wrote to the casino and sent everything I have. My bank card, my Google Pay wallet, a statement from my bank, and now I suddenly got a response saying that both deposits via Google Pay were apparently canceled and I now have to wait 7 days for the money to be transferred to my account. What they're doing isn't fair. If the transaction had been canceled, I wouldn't have been able to play with the €100. Can someone please help me with what I can do now? Basically, this isn't winnings, it's the money I deposited and lost over the last few days. They'll probably block my account just so they don't have to pay out.
Thanks
Hey, sorry to hear you’re dealing with this, sounds super frustrating, especially after having a good experience with Rollxo before.
Just to understand the situation better:
Did the casino clearly confirm that the €100 via Google Pay was successfully credited to your player account at the time of deposit?
Do you still see those two €50 deposits listed in your transaction history on the casino account?
Have you checked with your bank whether the transactions were actually reversed or still processed normally?
Did the casino give you any kind of reference number or proof from their payment provider about the cancellation?
It’s definitely odd if you were able to play with the funds, and now they’re saying the deposits didn’t go through. If that’s the case, they should provide solid proof. Keep all communication documented, you might need it if things escalate.
Alternatively, if needed, you could consider submitting a complaint so we can help mediate.
Hello.
I deposited the €100 and it was correctly debited from my bank account and the casino also showed the transaction as successful.
I tried to withdraw again yesterday evening, and Rollxo transferred the €1,140 today. Someone from the casino probably read my post here. The casino refused to pay out the amount for a week. I think the casino simply hoped I'd lose the money again if they kept refusing the withdrawal and demanding new documents from me. The casino didn't give any reason for refusing my withdrawal.
Kind regards, Martina
Great, so is it considered solved or do you still have some money there? Did they also tell you soething about this inconvenience?
Hello Jaro.
The problem is solved. At least with Rollxo. Now the money is stuck with Skrill, and they refuse to pay out because they reject all proof of address for some reason. It's really frustrating. The best thing would be not to play at all and to stay away from such payment providers. But that has nothing to do with the casino anymore!
Rollxo hasn't responded at all. I've tried to withdraw the money six times, and each time it's been refused. In my last email to support, I explained that I wouldn't have been able to play and win if my deposits had been declined. I've called my bank, and all the amounts have been debited correctly. I've sent you all the requested documents, and I'd like a response from you regarding how we can resolve this. I didn't receive a reply to this email. The evening before yesterday, I tried to make a withdrawal again on a whim, and the next day, all the money was actually in Skrill. The casino's arguments regarding the withdrawal denial were complete nonsense, and I'm sure the casino just wanted me to lose all the money again. But perhaps my assumption is wrong.
I no longer need any help and thank you.
LG Martina
