I hope we will get them if we persist... They can't understand that this is how they are hurting themselves...don't play at them if they won't put your money in choose another casino in your country legal...

Have you ever seen a casino that is down for hours? No information or anything like that?
Today the mail servers are down and none of the mail addresses are running.
I then found out myself that the following emails were running.

support@rollino.casino
On the page itself there are emails that are no longer running.
Live chat couldn't help me either!
If it all starts like this, it can only get better (I mean that ironically)

I understand that KYC is sometimes quite a mess. But do you know what? From my experience, the best practice is simply to cooperate. Give it some time, if you can't pass the verification for 14 working days, come back to submit a complaint.

I also wrote something about it in the case that is open.
Payout 1
The casino reduced my €1000 to €93.75 (5x max payout)
I then won a little over €500 with these €93.
Payout 2
This time they shortened it again because they paid out my bonus money max 5x.
The problem is I had the €93 in REAL CASH and no more as bonus money...
I think the 5x rule sucks and this casino should get a rating of 0 stars.
Now the payout has been canceled again and over €400 of the €500 has been deleted.
I can't think of anything else about it either.
I have never seen such brazen behavior!

The last time I saw a max cashout rule of 5x or 10x for a normal bonus was easily 10 years ago.
5x and then only the bonus money can be withdrawn is a scam, nothing more and nothing less.

Well, I found "We consider the casino's T&Cs to be mostly fair" I'm looking forward to seeing more details about that. According to the rumors, we are about to state the exact "unfair" part of the terms in the review.

It's all well and good that they blocked the €1000 from me and advocated the 5x rule.
But the fact that I won with this money (real cash) and they canceled the payout again is more than unfair.
I even asked in the chat and they said everything was fine, you could win more with the real cash and have it paid out. I no longer had the bonus at that point.
There is nothing about this in the terms either
Ps: They are probably changing the terms now, but it remains the same that €400 was deleted by me...
