Update: After requesting a further 300 euros from my gaming account for withdrawal, things suddenly went very quickly: The 500 and 400 euros that had been outstanding for 5 and 4 days respectively were just transferred to my Skrill account.
I hope the outstanding 300 euros won't be delayed any longer...
Update: Nachdem ich weitere 300 Euro von meinem Spielkonto zur Auszahlung angefordert habe ging es plötzlich ganz schnell: Die zuvor seit 5 bzw. 4 Tagen ausstehenden 500 bzw. 400 Euro wurde mir auf Skrill gerade überwiesen.
Ich hoffe dass die ausständigen 300 Euro jetzt nicht wieder länger auf sich warten lassen...

Currently no remaining balance...but as I said, the last withdrawals worked, they just took one or two days longer than usual.
However, it is quite possible that the delay occurred because Quickwin apparently redesigned its website.

As for the complaint, I can see that there is a mistake in the name, which is why the casino may not be found.
I used Revolut and withdrew 300 euros on Monday, if that's 3 working days later. The date is the answer, which isn't always the same
