However, I must add that I cancelled the deposit (100 euros) which I made on November 12th before the winnings twice in between.
Perhaps the casino is waiting for me to cancel the withdrawal again and continue playing 🙂. But that won't happen, since I have another €330 in my current gaming account 🙂.
Update: After requesting a further 300 euros from my gaming account for withdrawal, things suddenly went very quickly: The 500 and 400 euros that had been outstanding for 5 and 4 days respectively were just transferred to my Skrill account.
I hope the outstanding 300 euros won't be delayed any longer...

Currently no remaining balance...but as I said, the last withdrawals worked, they just took one or two days longer than usual.
However, it is quite possible that the delay occurred because Quickwin apparently redesigned its website.

Whenever I contact support via chat or email, I receive generic and repetitive replies ("copy-paste"), without any real forecast or solution to the problem. I can see the problems with the withdrawal. But I don't think you are waiting too long, just a few days. Which payment method did you use?
As for the complaint, I can see that there is a mistake in the name, which is why the casino may not be found.
If you don't receive your withdrawal soon, please try to file the complaint again and make sure you type the right casino name.
