Haha. I only suggested 50% so I doubt they'd argue with it. I kinda shafted myself there. 🤣
I was happy with half back so it's no bother really.
You would still get the 12k if closed I got a refund from a casino at random and they contacted me months after it was closed and paid me it
Yeh I have even raised a chargeback with monzo after they closed my account in January. They will pay me once process complete.
It's just very time consuming as you don't have the tools of the app so have to go through statements manually then write emails. But def can be done as long at its within the timeframe.
I feel like everything relating to getting money back from these absolute charlatans is very time-consuming.
Hopefully I'll get the 12k back befor they close it an I can put it in another account.
I have large amounts of money that I have gambled in my Monzo account so I think they will see me as a bad customer an want rid of me.
Jackpot raider again have given me the run around.
They stated they've sent the money on the 26th
Had yet another email now saying it's being worked on an not been sorted yet. They keep changing there story. I get my hopes up thinking/believing it's been sent. Then I get emails saying thanks for your patience an all that slather.
Thing is, I actually really need the money atm too.
The only reason for me using jackpot raider was because it's one of the only sites I could register on. I've had a rocky 15 year of gambling issues.
In latter years Ive gotten to the stage where If it's less then 1000 I don't see it as a decent win. It's utterly madness.
I'd much rather them just say outright no your not getting it as opposed to getting my hopes up.
Now I know my bank won't do anything. It's solely down to if JR pay out or not. Because I closed my account then requested a refund it's made it even more difficult. Usually they pay out next day.
All of sudden it's been a week an I'm just getting conflicting information from them.
I'm hounding them though. Not sure if that's helpful or not. God knows.
Honestly it's crippling me. Just a massive headache I don't need. Aaaay dear. Doesn't seem worth it does it when where going through this side of it
It will get sorted the main thing is the balance is there so you will get it this site is good for things like that.
You should be getting the rest back you lost so do not give up on the chargebacks yet.
The site you were on looks dodgy as hell ! I have had the same issues about 15 years since I started the online gambling once blocked in the UK i turned to the non gamstop scammers in desperation a £3000 win was nothing to me and I was doing £3000 a hand cards on one session on one of them its not the money your playing for its the high and buzz that is lacking in life it releases that I have realised this and that I will never win playing as you never stop, you need to contact gamstop and get a referral to a specialist and you get one to one sessions over a few months it helps reset and changes your thinking
Monzo closed my account before I even had a chance to raise a dispute. By law they don't even need a reason. Just keep on and make sure you position it correctly within the timeframe. They are one of the hardest banks to deal with so you wouldn't be at a huge loss even if they did close your account.
I have been trying to do some due diligence and have come across this website.
It seems like they are a 3rd party company that sets up casinos ect and other things with merchants.
I bet these know who anthill.center limited and TREVVERS / trvrs

What's people's thoughts?
I submitted a few mastercard charge backs for goods not received yesterday. Got a notification that they've sent then to the retailer today and will reply if they provide evidence. Will be interesting to see what they provided!
Keep seeing so many people successful with raising chargebacks, I submitted a couple with a merchant at the start of March via the app with Lloyds, never heard anything back, not even to say they had raised it. Also sent an email detail a various amount of transactions with different merchant, explaining the circumstances and asking for chargebacks to be raised, never heard anything back. Rang them up yesterday and they said it had been passed to the complaints team as of the 26th!
They probably won't come back with nothing. Request a dsar/gdpr from the merchant also for safe measures. They probably won't provide which strengthens your case.
I have had successful chargebacks from 7 different merchants. Fully paid up.
Finnart, Artstrid, Coinshop, Bytenews, E0000480, Elegro, AppuSocial.
I raised a dispute with Pixeleum before the 120 days were up but Monzo messed around during the process and then came back and said it had passed the 120 days and they couldn't do anything. Very suspect as my original email raising the dispute was clearly within the timeframe along with the transactions.
Pixeleum have emailed me saying they can't issue refunds anymore as they no longer process payments, I've reached out to finnart but not heard from them. I'm way over the 120days so can't go through bank for them.
I raised a complaint to Capital One after they did this and they paid me the amount as a goodwill gesture
