See the thing is it's not a lie that the transactions are not recognised because they are not who we payed the money to so it's a real pain in the bum to explain it right.

Quick question to anyone that can help please.
I complained directly to the casino and they have said I agreed to their T&C on sign up. No mention of the transaction masking etc.
Do I go to the 3rd party merchants now or the bank? Mindful these transactions were in December and only have a limited period of time to raise a chargeback.
Fintech Fc Ltd one of the Elegro merchants. Wasn’t even for much money to be honest maybe £500
Told them the truth. The payment is for gambling but this company is registered in London but isn’t actually down as a gambling company
Put forward multiple chargebacks with NatWest and they put them all through bar one of them, they emailed me saying the one transaction they can’t put through as I’m being fraudulent with it as there are many transactions the same. The one transaction they didn’t put through is the exact same merchant and reason as the others they did put through. Makes no sense to me, turns out it’s the biggest transaction aswel.
Anyone had any luck with ZPDG? I’ve emailed them, even their ‘content creators’, I’ve reached out to their co partner ‘joakim’, sent a complaint to visa, contacted my bank. They literally just do not respond. They seem to be involved in a lot of the offshore casinos! Not sure who else I can complain to?
Hi Kelly,
I've written to them several times. I haven't received a response, so I'm going to proceed with the chargeback through my bank.
Just to be sure, is ZPDG fundof.me?
guys, I cracked the mystery behind Coinshop.work
what they do to contest
they provided a fake account that has my information to Strple
and then they proceeded the transaction via Revlout but the payment recipipt is from Strple, when I raised a dispute
they were trying to log in
and I received multiple messages
so they had access and they contest me that way
see evidence
I noticed this about 2 years ago: casinos use fake companies that accept money under the names like "CS Skins", "Games skins". They are located all over the world. The money is paid out in the casinos where I had the opportunity to play, and there were no problems. However, this is a practice aimed at hiding casino revenues.
I did contacted my bank and you can fully recover your funds using chargeback option if you sent your money by VISA/MC.
The FOS are under pressure now after recent press coverage on this issue. Think we will see changes over the next year with these transactions as obviously Visa and Mastercard don't like bad press.
