Some more advices for you is:
Tell your bank that their Facebook page is only bought reviews. Their phone number on their page aren't linked up. (Not an UK phone number).
Try also to login on skinmagate or something like that, not only steam. You will link through steam when logged in there (if possible).
Try send an email to the link on skinmagate. Saw reviews on Facebook that they don't reply there. After couple of days. Give that they don't reply on mails to your bank on the "page" they claim you bought on.
Unsuccessful login is actually enough to claim that you have not recieved what they are saying.

I sent them a screenshot of no account on Steam that should do it and also today sent the info about it needing the platform to steam that User007 advised I think that is about as much as can be done my side I am hoping I win them but if not I will suck it in as I have already done enough recovery wise, be nice to win it due the the principle of it all and them trying to lie it is very annoying plus £1600 is a lot of money ok I got a lot back but it is a monthly wage to some.

Is there a contact email or customer support email on the website? That's the best bet, as far as actually contacting Santeda directly, they're a pretty shady entity, nobody can give you the address of their actual offices or who actually runs the company with definitive certainty.
I contacted Rollettos support email and thier live chat option but just going round in circles with them. They have told me my account is under investigation for 6 months and that I will not receive any update until the 6 months is over which I think is ridiculous. I have around £2700 in my balance.
Did they say why they're investigating your account and won't let you withdraw? Keep note of the emails and deposit information used, also how long has it been? Have up to 90 days to dispute a deposit which is why they're probably saying 6 months...

They will not tell me exactly why but keep quoting a section from their AML section of their terms and conditions. It has been a week since they blocked my account and blocked me from withdrawing.
Yes my one was weird though once they replied the final answer and to contact the FOS I then replied to them copying in the FOS and showed them an identical one the bank had won for me then I checked a week later it showed as in review then later chargeback raised
Ok mine was like that a while then I checked again and seen it was raised then I knew I had got the money back and there would be no reply
