I would say it could theoretically be due to the way crypto moves. So I could see a delay there, but I can't say for sure.

If the situation lasts more than 14 days, be sure to get in touch and we'll try to help you out.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that everything gets sorted out as soon as possible and you get your money's worth.

Hey. The best way to find out is to get in touch with the support of the casino so you can be sure which method to use, actually.

According to our review of the casino, they have these payment methods available.

Hi! Has anybody been asked for proof of citizenship from this casino. My identity was verified and approved weeks ago. I couldn’t make the withdrawal. I knew why no big deal,.. I made a clean deposit just a few bucks testing the waters one a couple of dollars… without getting into the whole story yet it’s been escalated and supervisors got involved. They asked me to resend my KYC documents which I did now they’re asking me for proof of citizenship…. I know that’s not a normal document. It doesn’t matter where I’m a citizen of it matters where I’m a resident of. I also told him I wanted to exercise my right to arbitration because we’re not coming to an agreement. This casino is a scam. I can’t believe they’re still around. I know my fault for not checking the reviews sooner. I did get my deposit back though.

I believe that it depends on if you are a permanent resident of a country you play from or just a temporary resident. The casino needs to know what citizenship you actually hold, and usually they ask for a passport.

What did they ask from you, though?
