However, this applies only to slot machines and amounts to approximately 50 million crowns. But if you want to have live casino games available in the casino, then you have to deposit another 50 million, and if you want to run a lottery, then again more money for that.

I'm not sure if the law was amended, but in 2017, when the law came into effect, the conditions looked exactly like this.
