Do they just block your account if you make a complaint? i have pending withdrawals that are going on 6 days now but also have a fair amount in account as i can only withdraw 3 x 500 at a time. Casino Guru should really do something about the review score as i opened my account based on this…
I know you have rather negative feelings, but according to Heiko004's complaint I saw that he just got money from the casino, so I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope you will have the same luck and the money will eventually reach you. If not, you know you can contact us.

Did you try to ask the casino what is the reason for waiting for a week or no answer or explanation came from them ? I think you know that if 14 days go by and nothing changes you can contact us. Of course, as we have seen in this thread with other players, the withdrawal took almost 2 weeks, so we'll see how it goes.

They just keep telling me to be patient, thing is i have to go through this all over again 3 times if i want to withdraw my balance.. its a disaster

Now I sent everything to support by email because there is no other option. The account said that I don't have to verify myself??! No reaction so far. Now they will make me wait another 3 weeks. If anything happens at all. I think I won't see my 1000€. Well then happy Easter.

Nun habe ich alles per Mail an den Support geschickt, denn eine andere Möglichkeit gibt es nicht. Im Account stand ja das ich mich nicht verifizieren muß??! Bis jetzt keinerlei Reaktion.
