They have a promotion for cashback on live casino losses. You have to contact the live chat on the Monday of the following week, which I did. They said I can't receive the cashback because I have a balance on my account and a pending withdrawal. Despite that not being mentioned in any of the terms. What a joke.

Last year I lost over €3,000 at this casino; I live in Austria. I wasn't aware that the casino was illegal. In recent days, the Supreme Court ruled in my favor in case C-440/23 – Refunds of online casino losses, deposits, and refunds.

I would also be willing to reach an individual agreement without taking legal action.

I received a response from the casino. They refuse to cooperate. They referred to their terms and conditions. They also refused to discuss an individual solution with me. I will now forward my case to a specialized casino lawyer who will, if necessary, even initiate legal proceedings.

Since the latest Supreme Court ruling, casinos are illegally required to reimburse losses.

I will upload the latest updates for her. However, the casino's opinion might change.
