Recently, two of my withdrawal requests were canceled and the money was not returned to the player's account. When I asked why this happened, I received no answer.

Could you please specify the word "recently" for us? For instance, many casinos won't provide information regarding payouts during the weekends since the financies work only on working days.

Because according to the complaint, you played from a restricted country and the casino refunded your deposit. I don't think there is anything wrong with this solution. You should always check such things before you play somewhere to avoid any unpleasantness beforehand. 😥
