Hi Radka, I did not face any problems in account verification, but the withdrawal process took me some time. I did have a problem with them, but I think since my funds are not that large enough, they managed to give it to me within the day. I waited for at least 1-2 hrs before they released my funds.

No, the battery was almost empty but it was already connected to the electricity, the photo above shows my credit, only neon 54 is pushing the payment and has blocked my account and only automated answers come to my e-mail inquiries and chat inquiries.
