i got a win of $500 and i went through the process of back and foward emails with them containing all details thats required for the withdrawal however after 3 days expecting my payout to come into my bank i received a notification from my bank that i owed $500 from paypal. in a panic i rang paypal and they couldnt see the transaction, and the bank couldnt really help me either im so confused. i just got my weekly wage and instantly lost $500 without reason please help.

Hello, neon 54 has paid an amount of 800 euros to your letter, then only the remaining 18,621.47 euros are missing. Dneon 54 got all the documents and the verification confirms now they say I should re-upload the documents on their site but this is not possible as Ur 5 documents can be uploaded. You have also received all the documents by email.

This is pure harassment and delaying tactics, now several days have passed again.

Unfortunately, Neon 54 does not respond at all

The timer that counts the casino's time for answers was set yesterday, let's be positive and hope that the casino will respond to us.

Here are the documentation photos again. According to the general terms and conditions of neon 54, you should be able to pay out 800 euros a day and a total of 7000 euros per month. With my sum of 18,621.47 euros, it would be months before neon 54 would pay me my winnings. Since they have been kidding me since November 22, 2022 and are now trying to postpone it to January, it will not work with the maximum 7,000 euros in December either. I think this is their goal. I have never experienced this at any other casino before.

Now neon 54 has just sent me another e-mail with another new e-mail address, where am I going for the 8th time or is it already the 9th time? to send my documents to. I have now done this again. I'm curious what neon 54 will come up with next to not pay out my winnings.
