frankly it is not easy to give you some comfort if wedo not know the whole story, so let me take that from the other side:
If you have not breached the terms, your account has been fully verified, I see no reason to be worried. Sadly, the withdrawal speed depends on many factors, mostly including casino workers' capabilities. So, if there is already a delay, the casino should at least be honest with you.
May I know what dis they tell you exactly? 🙏
When it comes to the complaint, you may complain anytime you like. It is just that the Complaint Team provides the casino with 14 days to resolve the matter without their intervention.
Is your account fully verified there, though? Have you ever received any withdrawals from this casino before?
Also, check the information about the withdrawals in your account to see in what state they are, and if you are unsure, try to get in touch with the support.

Seriously now, this casino appears to be one of the better options, so I'm curious to see how they handle withdrawals. Any updates are much appreciated!
I have so far received around 5000-6000 EUR (don't remember exactly). Withdrawals take a long time to process and the max 3 withdrawals at one time, max 500 EUR per withdrawal limit makes it tedious, but as long as they are paying out I am fine with waiting.

Yes, every time I tried to withdraw and once I had the account verified, the withdrawal was cancelled after a day or two and they told me it was due to a specific error on their part.
I played there, and the truth is that there wasn't much transparency, they refer everything to their terms and conditions, which are abusive and totally in favor of the casino always.
I had a technical error that cut me off from a bet, and they told me everything was fine. Many things like that. In fact, I wrote to them twice when Kubo came in to mediate, trying to find a friendly solution, and both times they didn't reply.
I get the impression they want to let time pass so everything can be forgotten. I don't know if what I'm claiming takes that many days to investigate. It's the closure of an account where prizes have been won. There's not much to investigate when I've given them all the evidence...
Yesterday I read a comment from another Spanish woman whose account was also closed. Apparently, it's common practice when you reach VIP level 5 and they have to pay out prizes, cashback, etc.
Thank you very much for your attention and help, but I don't see a friendly solution with these people, they don't show any will for it.

In total, I've spent over €50,000 at Novaforge Ltd casinos since April, to be honest, and the experience with all of them has been very similar, as they all operate in the same way, but what varies is the interface.
The one I've had the most problems with has been Myempire, which is the one I've deposited the most with, and when I won the raffle, they closed my account. They share agents, as you know, and Miller was also my agent at Casino Pistolo, which they blocked a few days after Myempire, but I hadn't won anything at Pistolo.
I was also blocked by Spinit, but this was at the beginning of June and there I had two VIP agents, Néstor and Hugo afterwards.
It's funny that even though they've closed my accounts, they keep sending me offers.
I have open accounts at Mafia Casino and Cleobetra, but I don't dare deposit anything anymore, knowing how Novaforge works.
