"My Empire" Casino;
Misleading bonus games, poor support & security concerns
I won a €20 bonus in the so-called "Crab" game at Empire.
The grabber was visibly guided precisely over the hole and released in such a way that the crab deliberately fell next to it. This clearly appeared to have been manipulated.
In the live chat, they simply stated that it was "no mistake" and "no win".
When I asked for a technical explanation, the chat was simply ended.
I am aware that many online games are decided server-side.
But then this visual representation is misleading and deceptive for players.
Additionally:
Empire has already been hacked. (Bonus Crab)
If even the platform isn't secure, one should seriously question how trustworthy the games and their fairness really are.
Uncooperative support, no goodwill, no transparency. (Anyone can copy and paste)
No longer a trustworthy provider for me. !!!Beware!!!
I will no longer play there from now on.
I made a withdrawal of 500; I was supposed to wait 3 days, but they deposited it in 2. I have another one in progress; let's see if they deliver on time. They're supposed to deposit it tomorrow, Monday, and I'll let you know. It's true that the app makes me a little uneasy about this.
Hi, if you've been waiting two days for a withdrawal, I think that's pretty good and not too long at all. There are many casinos where you’d have to wait much longer, so I’d be happy if it only took a few days.
You’ve already received two withdrawals, and now you’re waiting for the last one.
Be sure to let me know when that happens and whether you received everything you were supposed to.
Good luck.🍀
Well, good news. 🙂
I'm pleased you got your money. Sometimes, patience is important in cases like this.
3 days would be perfectly fine for me. 🙂
Have a great day.
Good day,
I've been a member of My Empire for a long time and wanted to ask why my bonuses aren't working. I'm no longer receiving deposit bonuses, I can't build anything in my city, and when I catch something with bonus items, it's not credited. All the bonuses seem to be broken. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
Hello, this question would be better suited for the casino. Have you asked them why this is the case? I know that sometimes a casino may choose not to offer bonuses to a player simply because they decide not to. And the casino is entitled to do so. So it might be a good idea to find out what’s behind it, whether it’s an administrative decision or some other issue.
I don't represent the casino, so unfortunately I can't do that, but they have to do it.
Dear Casino Guru Team,
I am writing to file an official complaint against MyEmpire Casino regarding a serious technical issue/glitch that occurred while I was playing the slot game "5 Lions Megaways" by Pragmatic Play.
During my gameplay, the game displayed a massive win/jackpot screen. However, right at that exact moment, the game froze/glitched, and the winnings were never credited to my casino balance.
I immediately contacted MyEmpire’s customer support, presenting them with clear video and photographic evidence of the winning screen and the glitch. Unfortunately, their support team dismissed my claim without providing any technical justification or a detailed game log (Round ID), simply stating that "I did not win anything."
I have fully preserved the video and screenshot evidence showing the exact moment the big win/jackpot animation appeared and the subsequent freeze. Since the game outcome is determined on the provider's (Pragmatic Play) servers before the visual animation completes, I am confident that the server recorded this win.
I kindly request your mediation to compel MyEmpire Casino to thoroughly investigate this specific spin with Pragmatic Play and credit the corresponding winnings to my account.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Hello, thank you for sharing your situation with us. It certainly sounds like a frustrating experience, especially if the game froze at the moment the big win was displayed.
If there really was a technical glitch, I don't think the casino should simply dismiss your claim without a proper investigation. Since you have video and screenshot evidence, I believe the casino should forward the case to the game provider so they can review the game logs and determine exactly what happened during that round. They should then provide you with a clear explanation based on the provider's findings, rather than simply stating that there were no winnings.
I think submitting a complaint is the right step in this situation. Our complaint team will contact the casino and ask them to investigate the incident properly. Hopefully, they'll obtain a response from the game provider so it can be clarified whether this was a genuine technical glitch and, if so, whether you're entitled to the winnings.
I hope the case can be resolved in your favor, and if the win is confirmed, I sincerely hope you'll receive the payout you deserve.🙂
