This is vegas review.

Easy to deposit but not so easy to withdraw.

£500 weekly withdrawal limit.

But when a withdrawal is paid out it uses the payout date as the date that impacts on the 500 weekly max.

Consequently and as an example I put 5 separate amounts into withdrawal but the first 3 were many weeks ago. So when the 1st was paid I was unable to place anymore balance into withdrawal.

Net effect is continuous delay.

Next one in withdrawal 09/06 and still not paid out.

Next one in withdrawal 14/06 and still not paid out.

More than a dozen e mails to support but only 1 response pointing out 1 withdrawal has been paid and not commenting on any other withdrawals.

The response also said that 18 working days was the max payout time but the T and C say 12. They also say the payout time is based on deposit rate, seniority and account activity but of course that is not in the T and C and is inappropriate in any event.

In short don't waste your time and hard earned money.

You may or may not get any money paid out but if you do be prepared for an extremely lengthy wait to enable you to reverse your withdrawals due to tiring of waiting.

Predatory and crude tactics.

I shall update if the position changes.

Hi and thanks for your casino review. I would like to say at the outset that we give casinos 14 days to pay out players and if that doesn't happen, then I would recommend submitting a complaint. From what I've read, you've been waiting for quite a while, so I'd probably go for it.

I've also noticed that communication is not their strong point either, and that's not the best thing when you ask a question you don't get an answer to.

So, are you going to do it too ?

Update 14/07/24

After 30 e mails to support and the manager and only 2 responses which failed to properly explain the delay I emailed the 'host' through an email I had seen on Trust Pilot.

No email response but importantly the withdrawals were paid out the same morning this morning.

I think the bottom line is you will get paid but it's such a slow process it may well put people off.

As long as you are prepared to wait beyond the stated T and C claims on when payment will be made and not get concerned when e mails to them go unanswered then fine.

It's a shame as the site is fine but seems to miss the point on what customers basic requirements are namely payout in good time and a response when you contact them.

So. Not rogue but in this day and age need to do better.

Hi, I like the way you summed it up and I basically agree. I know that anything can get in the way of withdrawals, but sometimes it takes too long, and that's when casinos should at least reassure players and explain what's going on. If they don't respond to anything, then I would be angry too.

However, the most important thing at the end of the day is that you got your money and you can enjoy it.

Do you think you'll try again in this casino or are you discouraged by the long wait and don't want to experience it again ? 🤔

Hi

Good games but flawed due to really slow withdrawal process and lack of e mail response so probably not.

Never say never but prefer 24 hours payout and there are lots of those now.

Thanks

E

You described it quite clearly and concisely so thank you. We all have our preferences, so I'm not surprised when you made that decision.

So have a good time in others where the withdrawals are faster. 🙂
