I see. Still, I would not call that "added automatically". Thank you for the reply though, I guess the system as it's set at the moment is not ideal for everyone. 😕

Now it makes more sense to me - thank you very much for the explanation!
As I said, not the best solution in my opinion. Eager to know if this is designed like this for a purpose...
Sounds like a possible trap.
Thats false information, i just tested on a newly registered casino account and by default it does infact not push towards using a welcome bonus. it just does on the initial splashscreen, not regular deposit cashier. just a headsup.
this guy clearly tries to make a casino he failed at look bad by spreading nonsense.
I found that Metaspins.com has almost 50% traffic from United States and 10% traffic from Netherlands using Similarweb google chrome extension.
Metaspins.com Terms and Conditions 3.2 paragraph - Players from United States, Netherlands are prohibited from playing real money wagering games at Metaspins.
HONEST casinos NOT allow to access casino website from a restricted country. It may look different, but most of times it looks like this
This means that You take deposits, give bonuses to United States and Netherlands players and then NOT withdraw their money , telling them they play from restricted jurisdiction??
We all know this is well-known and very popular type of SCAM (You can find thousands of complaints on restricted jurisdiction on casino guru). Your SCAM department is developing new shady schemes to SCAM people ?

Ok, how about submitting a complaint about that?

I guess it is worth checking with the casino.
This is getting a bit ridicolous, checking website traffic any casino will show traffic from here and there, instead i'd await the casinos proof to be reviewed by casinoguru staff.
You sound like such a poor loser for being caught cheating, on a mission to smear dirt over the casino who you apparently chose to play at and according to them did dual accounts on.

I fear it's not that simple.
Some casinos officially list restricted countries, but at the same time, the website is available, and even registration from the restricted country is possible. It's not a scam practice unless the player is harmed.
So, once the player is allowed to register using his/her true personal information and deposit, he or she must have the same chances to win AND get the legitimately gained winnings successfully.
This matters the most!
Until this is preserved, the casino is not acting against fair gambling, I'd say. It just has clumsy rules or uses very bad software.
But I agree with you. The top and honest casinos should keep their platforms set accordingly to prevent possible "misunderstanding".

Asked KYC after 1k USDT withdrawal. KYC includes:
1) passport
2) your selfie
If you ask KYC for such sums, never call yourself "Crypto casino". Metaspins is just one more online casino. If I wanted to play in KYC-based casino, I would pick something more trustworthy.
I'd say some anonymous casinos ask for the verification occasionally. Though a crypto casino does not ultimately mean an anonymous one. 🤔 What is stated in their terms and conditions, did you check?
Severely lowered RTP on this casino, found a game (Hacksaw's Plinko) that has an extremely lowered RTP, its original/intended RTP is 98.98% and many other casinos offer it that way, but here it's 94.3%, which is a huge difference, I will suppose there are other games with extremely lowered return
That's really a huge gap! I was about to ask you whether you could tell me where to find the original RTP value, it's so high. BUT, I found it among our free games:

Anyway, much appreciated - as always! 🙂
Yep, just some affiliates included them on NO-KYC list. For example, I know that LTC Casino won't ask it for sure. Nothing bad to you, but you are the only good place I know to leave feedback.
Every honest feedback is highly appreciated - that's for sure! LTC Casino then? Noted.
I have to say it is quite tricky with the KYC. I believe the only real No KYC casinos are anonymous with crypto payments only. Call me skeptical, but I prefer an old-fashioned account verification, preferably made after registration, not later. 😀
You made a deposit and it wasn't credited? I have seen this happening many times in many casinos but with other payments methods, I myself had some delayed crypto deposits in other casinos but they all went through eventually (max delay was a couple hours, not due to block confirmations), I will assume you used the right crypto, network and the correct address, so this leaves us with the assumption this is a problem with the payment provider for the casino or probably the casino had technical issues with their ETH network, but when this happens it's the casino's responsibility to halt transactions before players use said payment method. Also saw your complaint, have in mind there are tons of active complaints a staff has to look up to, you can't expect immediate response, have in mind this communication is done in turns, first you file a complaint, then guru responses and ask for more details or invite the casino to react and all of that requires time for each party to react
60 days is ridiculous, considering verifying a payment is as easy as checking the address where the deposit was done, I don't really see any reason for the delay, I had a delayed deposit with XMR one time and when reporting it, the casino only asked for the txid and my account was credited with the funds I sent (this was not in metaspins), it's really that simple. I made several TRX deposits on metaspins and they all worked normally, not sure how a simple deposit became so problematic, I suppose they had problems within their ETH network, but like I said, that is exclusively their responsibility, wait for them to react to the complaint, in the meantime try not to be rude towards the complaint specialist, if there is someone you should be mad at it's the casino
Hey, the SunsetGaze basically said it all. As for the deposit and 60 days, that's an incredible amount of time and I don't understand that the casino still can't solve it.
As for your open complaint, on the other hand, it would be appropriate if you behaved yourself. I know it's a very unpleasant situation, but it's absolutely not our fault and our team is trying to help you and find out what's wrong. Do you think that calling people names who are not to blame is going to help you? I don't think so, and since many players use the services of the complaints team, it's not easy to answer in a second and get to everyone right away. Other players are waiting too, not only you, because our experts try not to overlook anything important. So I ask you to have some patience and choose the words you will use next time. Thank you for your understanding.
I hope that everything will be sorted out in the end.
Dear Samir,
Here at Metaspins customer experience during their gaming journey with us is a number one priority, and we strive to deliver the best possible service to our players.
Upon review, we have identified that a deposit was made to an incorrect cryptocurrency address. However, our payment service provider is able to help and make the refund. In accordance with the regulations set forth by them, the funds you deposited will be returned to you within 60 days.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
Best regards,
The Metaspins Customer Experience Team
They say the payment was done to the wrong address, go to your casino account and screenshot your ETH address, it doesn't change if I'm not wrong, at least my TRX address was the same for every deposit I made. And since the payment provider is the one handling the refund, there is little or nothing to do to speed up the process
