Hi.
I read your case again, but it seems the casino's reply saying you used an incorrect address is quite in order, and from my point of view, it just looks like an issue with the address yet with a very prolonged solution. Sadly, you spammed the complaint thread quite well, so finding pieces of really useful information is a bit tricky.
Forget me if I got something wrongly then.
So, for now, I'll just wait for the complaint to develop further because I do not intend to make the mess even bigger. I would not say we are responsible for this, but I've found you very inclined to find everyone responsible.
