It's nothing, I always try to side with the user, because I'm a player myself and maybe sometimes I'm mostly biased against casinos as a whole because I have been scammed a couple times by them (other casinos, not this one), but I also try to be as neutral and realistic as possible to be useful instead of giving comforting lies, sometimes the casinos are the ones in the wrong, sometimes it's the player (most of the times it's the casinos tho 😂).

In your case specifically, have in mind the refund is being handed by the payment provider that works for the casino (it could be coinspaid) so it definitely can take long, when you said it could take 60 days I thought it was being handled by the casino, so this sort of makes sense, these payment providers work for many casinos and they are probably handling similar issues to hundreds if not thousands of different users, like I said: there is not much to do to speed up the process.

One more thing: ETH sucks, use any other crypto and other network when making transactions related to casinos, ETH is expensive and unsafe, there are better alternatives which are cheaper and quicker (TRX, XRP, even LTC which is slow but cheap). As an extra tip: screenshot the address and the QR code before making a deposit to a casino with any crypto, but most importantly: don't gamble if you can't afford to, gambling will always be a loss
