There are only a few casinos. German ones like tipico OK have a license, but foreign ones like Malina rt or frumzi do not.
Believe me. I spent years playing the train because of this.
And a bank, Deutsche Bank, has to report it.
And then there are ads
Hold on, the public forum, which isn't filled with lawyers, may view what you perceive as an illegal act differently. I respect differing opinions; however, I believe that the highly regulated German market is contributing to the growth of the grey market. have you ever thought about this?
Still I do not write that into each thread. 🙂 So, calm down. 🙏
Everyone can see that the casino is not licensed under the GGL, so what is the actual issue, please? As long as those casinos treat every player the same, no matter the country, I honestly see no problem worth screaming about.
The GGL, among other things, intentionally lowered RTP for German players by placing fees on every spin; this, however, seems to be okay. Well, I guess it is about opinion again.
So, what's the matter, please? We can talk about it.
Believe or say what you want. I was in prison because of this. And I want to warn you urgently. That is my right as a citizen.
The banks report it to the authorities. Then you're reported. You get a letter from the police and then a court date. And in many cases, like mine, you end up in prison for a few years.
It is and remains illegal gambling.
Well, warn about what? As I say, we provide the information that this casino is not licensed in Germany. The information is in the review.
Not to mention that player from Germany won't see unlicensed casinos in the list.
I'm honestly not sure I follow you here, are you perhaps saying you were imprisoned because you played outside the GGL jurisdiction?
I will fight to ban casinos without a German license. Malina, RT, Frumzi, and the like are illegal. And they know it very well. And the fact that it's even possible for German banks to be involved in illegal gambling is a disgrace.
They can't follow me because they are not intelligent

You know I would not start with insults or intelligence here.
Can I kindly remind you of this?
"As I say, we provide the information that this casino is not licensed in Germany. The information is in the review.

So, calm down, please, or your other similar posts about the same illegality will be deleted. You won't change anything by posting warnings across the forum. Can you kindly calm down and start acting reasonably? I hope you do.
Hello everyone, I have the following problem. At Malina Casino, I claimed a €66 bonus and wagered it 50x. At approximately €1,880, I received a message saying: Bonus has been wagered and the amount will be converted into real money. I then continued playing for a bit and by then, my balance had reached €2,495.
I then requested three withdrawals. The first one was requested on May 31st, and the two others were requested one day later.
Nothing has happened since then. I've contacted customer service and support several times, and I've always gotten the same response. They say there are delays due to high demand, and a message will be sent to the finance department. Just hot air and blah blah blah.
I've had a similar experience with SG Casino. At least there, the winnings were paid out.
Have any of you had similar experiences with Malina?
If you go through this thread, you will see that this casino has some delays when paying out, unfortunately.
Have you met all the bonus terms, including the maximum withdrawal amount? Is the verification needed?
Asking just in case, you know.
The wagering requirements have been met. Three withdrawals have been requested, and €1,700 is still available for withdrawal.
The account doesn't need to be verified. That's what it says in my account.
Well, as Romi said, this casino has been significantly slow when it comes to withdrawals and many others have confirmed it.
Even though it is not very pleasant, I suggest patience as long as the support does not suggest any other problem involved.
Would be great to stay in touch just in case something odd would possibly arise. 🙏
Hello Radka, it's more than unpleasant to wait for your money. Especially since this casino advertises that it processes withdrawals within 1 to 3 business days. Which is absolute bullshit. I submitted the first request on May 31st. That was two weeks ago today, and nothing's happened.
The support/chat always gives the same answers and I strongly assume that they are just bots or an AI.
It surely is unpleasant.
We are at least glad that our users come here and inform us about it so we can make notes and also contact the casino regarding this. Hopefully they will do more about it and get better regarding the payout times.
Do you have any updates?
Yesterday, 1,000 euros were transferred, and today, 500 euros. So, the first three applications have been processed. Hopefully, the next three won't take another two weeks. 🙏
That is nice to hear, really.
I also hope it will go fast now. We'll wait here for more positive news from you.
